Review 1：The villa is on a busy road next to a couple of buildings that need major improvements. Don't let this put you off Villa Palma is great and Lovere a beautiful town.

Review 2：19th century villa lots of original features. Great view from the balcony. The family made use feel very welcome.

Review 3：Lovely family house, good location (apart from entrance/exit/house is directly onto main road, no pavement, not ideal when travelling with baby and pram) and very friendly and helpful people!

Review 4：I found the family very welcoming as was Elmo the dog but Peppa , his lady friend was a little shy. The rooms and bathrooms are cool and tranquil and the breakfast was abundant. The views over the lake are spectacular.

Review 5：Just one caveat-the building is right on the main road with no sidewalk and Italian drivers don't give pedestrians much space. It felt a bit scary with two young children. However it wouldn't stop us from coming back again

Review 11：I was hoping for an Italian experience but we did not mix with the family at all. Breakfast was very basic and impersonal. Unsavoury cooking smells permeated the whole building. The area was a disappointment and we later discovered that we should have spent our time at Lake Maggiore (or Lake Como if you have not been there)

Review 19：The staff (owners) absolutely flawless - helpful and friendly. Perfect Parking (under the roof). The entrance may close but nothing that could not handle. Breakfast is perfect. Rest well (Villa Palma is just off the main street, it is necessary to work with it (but if you want to sleep, so noise does not matter :-) Recommended.

Review 20：We did not like the fact that, because of our travel plans, we could stay one night only! We would have liked to stay longer, and hopefully we will in the near future.

Review 21：We liked pretty much everything, but in particular the friendliness of the two hosts, the location, the historic building (inside and outside), the view of the lake, but a few meters away, from our window, and the excellent service in general.

Review 22：very old building and when you step out the front gate you are immediately on a bend of a busy road, very dangerous. Poor signs, only one postcard size sign on fencing at the side of road. Dogs barking around your heels as you enter through gate.
