Review 1：Was more for couples flirting with each other and thats not what youwant to see around smaller children!!! The hotel took the money prior tomy arrival on my credit card when it stated I could pay in cash onarrival so now it has cost more money due to a credit card exchangerate!!!!!! Your site said best prices yet I recently got told that thehotel was on another site for £700 and not £1300 which I had to pay. Nosmall pool or shallow end for little kids and it states that it was agood hotel for families with my aged children. The breakfast was thesame everyday with not much of the cakes being replaced once they hadfirst gone so would have been best going out for breakfast

Review 2：The pool was nice

Review 3：The rooms and grounds were poorly kept, while parts of the hotel looked to be eternally under construction. We got a room with a "Garden View" only to be looking at a low rock wall under construction, abandoned buildings, and stray dogs in a vacant lot. I had this room for 8 nights and immediately upon checkin we saw it was well below the standards we had expected from the listing so I tried to cancel assuming they would be reasonable humans but they were greedy and started yelling at me and wouldn't even let me pay for a few nights and leave. They were allowed to based on Booking.com's rules but just because you can doesn't mean you should. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and I hope their greediness doesn't affect anyone else.

Review 5：The guy, altough he was very nice with us at the beginning, told us that from the tickets he sold to us he did not get any benefit. However, all the people we met in the same excursion had paid 26 euro at most and we had to pay 33. The pools were amazing but were only open until 8pm so we could not use them because we made the most of the island during the day and the time we got to the hotel was always later. We did not understand why because they do not have a pool lifeguard.so if they opened until at least until 10 pm most of the people could have a relaxing bath, swim or at least use it.

Review 7：Nice location, close to beach and restaurants etc. Good family accommodation, clean and staff really nice and helpful. Two nice pools a good little base for your stay.

Review 9：Very friendly staff - always with a smile on their face and nothing was too much. They also have a shower near the pool which you can use after you have checked-out. we had a late flight and could leave our luggage there while we still enjoyed the beach. It was great to be able to use a shower at the hotel afterwards. Also the fact you could leave your luggage was very handy. It is also very close to the beach which we enjoyed - they had a deal with a restaurant at the beach. Iliada customers could use their sunbeds for free and had a 12% discount for meals - pretty nice too. It is also close to two bus stops - easy! Good shower! We had a brilliant stay!

Review 10：The room had disgusting humidity smell and awful outdated decor. The bathroom was the worst i have ever seen, dirty and bathroom drain was filled with hair and dirt. I couldn't had a shower during our stay. The soap dispenser was carrefour's soap with filled with another soap which i have never seen in a hotel. The breakfast was very poor with cold eggs and dirty knives, spoons and forks. The swimming pool closes at 20:00 which is too early for summer nights. The check out is at 11:00 which is early compared to other hotels. The air-conditioning has no remote control if you want to close at night you have to close electricity. The bed was uncomfortable and creaking while returning. The website makes this hotel looks million times nicer than the real. The reception area was very dirty and disorganised we should understant when we enter. If cleaning is the most important thing for you in a hotel I never recommend this place.

Review 13：Lovely family run hotel. Basic facility's but everything you need. Two lovely clean pools that we had all to ourselves and the family that run the hotel can't do enough for you. Perivoloes is very quiet at the end of August no night life only quiet relaxing restaurants so if it's a lively holiday you want go elsewhere.

Review 14：The only thing that we didn't like was staying in the hotel for five days only, when we would have stayed there FOREVER!!

Review 15：We liked absolutely EVERYTHING, specially the family who owns the hotel. They treated us as members of their own family and we enjoyed the hotel's location (next to the beach) and all the facilities.

Review 16：First time in Santorini with 2 daughters.We chose the Hotel Iliada having read good comments on the web The place was very well situated by Perivolos beach with Perisa Beach close by, both beaches with excellent crystal clear water and great service in general. The hotel was a small collection of apartments set off with 2 large swimming pools and a hydromassage pool in the grounds. Breakfast from 7-10am sat by the pool in the breeze was a great way to start the day and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the Iliada. Spanish speaking "Fotia" (Chevere amigo) was on hand to settle us in and show us around, always very helpful. The rooms were bright, comfy beds and very clean with air conditioning as well as kitchen equipment. We had a last minute hiccup with our flights and although we had left our room that morning, Niko and family put us up until the early hours of the morning allowing the kids to rest before leaving for the airport. Could not have been more grateful. Hotel iliada is a great place for chilling out by the pool in a relaxed,family run hotel.

Review 18：what delighted us the most was the very friendly and devoted staff. All our extra needs were met and i am very thankful.They even helped me with my car which was stuck in a small ditch. Location is very nice, 50m from the best beach on the island. Highly recommended
