Review 1：Great location with free parking and located within a short walk to the lakefront. Staff was very friendly and helpful during our entire stay. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with a larger selection of fresh fruit, meats, cheeses, and pastries! We enjoyed the large balcony from our room and the relaxed enjoying our wine with a great view of the lake.

Review 2：Curtains in bedroom, one fell down when touched. Also, first time ever in our numerous holiday trips all over Europe - only cold water from shower, bidet and wash hand basin.

Review 4：The hotel was pristine....beautifully clean and neat. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Ultra modern in an older updated building at the top of the hill overlooking the Lake. Lovely breakfast. The experience was delightful.

Review 6：Breakfast, though free, was meagre. Major satnav fail, leading us up a car bending goat track. - suggest you drive right into town first then rest the destination.

Review 7：Our room (the Lavanda suite) had a huge terrace with a fabulous view over the lake, hard to tear ourselves away from. The suite was spacious, the staff friendly and helpful, the parking convenient and free. Il Salotto restaurant downstairs was a great dining (and drinking) experience.

Review 8：Checkout is at 10am. (We were quoted Eur 40 for a later checkout.) Our Lavender 'superior suite' was in fact a serviced apartment. (If you want an apartment there are probably cheaper alternatives.) Located directly above the restaurant and with no soundproofing it was noisy until late at night and early in the morning as staff rearranged the furniture and did cleaning. Sleeping was a real problem. Breakfast was minimal and didn't fit a 4 star hotel. Just one type of fruit juice for instance. The spa was not available during our stay (although to their credit they e-mailed notifying that). Overall, a bit of a disappointment.

Review 22：The location of the hotel is above the town of Lovere. It's a 10-15min walk to the lakeside restaurants, downhill there but uphill coming back! Fine for fit people or use your car.

Review 24：Beautiful hotel in a good location. The staff was very accommodating, permitting me both a late check-in and a late check-out. My room, a spacious and modern suite, was excellent value for the money. Free parking in a covered garage attached to the hotel was a nice perk.

Review 27：I found it strange that there was a surcharge of €25 for the use of the Spa facilities. That shouldn't be the case if you carry "Spa" in the name of your hotel.

Review 29：I think it was an over priced apartment we got- not a suite as it said on the reservation. We could have gotten a self catering apartment for half of the price.. The breakfast was quite poor, the bred on the table felt stale, the cereal choices were Coco Pops and Frosties (no kids in sight), very limited offerings over all. The use of the pool would have cost extra and internet was not included in the price (which I think is ridiculous when the price of the apartment is already quite high). Also, most of the devices needed in the apartment were out of batteries. Would not go again as I was looking for a bit of a luxury for the weekend but did not get it..

Review 30：Everything.. The location and view from balcony was excellent, the accommodation could hardly be better, wifi excellent, and a good Sky TV.
