Review 1：They need to change the bed. And, the water leaked in our bathroom. The house keeping staff were quite cool helping us changing the mat, though. No wifi connection as far as I know. And, mobile phone signals were extremely weak in the building.

Review 2：The location is good, right in the middle of the city. We got everything we need nearby. The food in the restaurant were quite good. We didn't take the breakfast, though, so can't comment on that.

Review 3：Totally hate the lobby! The lobby is side by side with the hotel's car park with no partition whatsoever. Seems that the designer of the hotel just totally forgot that a hotel requires a lobby n reception area to welcome and register their guests

Review 11：Cleanliness need to be cheked. I found opened 1 bag of sugar and that's why there's ants in my room. Seemed that 1 sugar was leftover from previous guest. Noises came from the hall and other surrounding area can be hear from my room. My window's room located near to lobby of the other rooms which acroos to it. I was surprise when there's sound came from the window. When I open the curtain little bit, there was a child in front of my window. Luckily I've closed the curtain when I arrived. Otherwise, people at that lobby could see me from outside. Those made me uncomfortable. Not as good as my expectation.

Review 13：The hotel is small and clean and the price is reasonable. Below the hotel, there is a mini market in case you need daily stuffs like drink, soap etc. There is some local delicacy 'ayam taliwang' foodstalls which is nearby the hotel worth trying if you come for culinair trip.

Review 28：When I checked out I forgot to pick up the towel, that I gave to wash in laundry the day before. And so did the reception. I would expect that this is in computer, and that they( reception) knew about that when I checked out. But no big thing. Everything else was superb.

Review 32：1) I was on the 4th floor, and the ac in my room was very weak. I found it cooler to sleep with the window open. 2) This hotel is really going after the convention market - as its name implies - and they seemed to be very good at organising everything for those conventions. However, this situation isn't very comfortable for individual guests who are not involved in those conventions. There were several conventions going on while I was there, and all the participants at those conventions appeared to be Indonesian Muslims - as would be expected since Lombok's population is about 90% Muslim. I've studied Indonesian, and I've travelled widely in Indonesia, and I have some Muslim friends. But, even so, as an individual western (Australian) tourist - actually in Lombok to arrange further Indonesian study at Mataram University - I felt quite overwhelmed by being one lone 'outsider' among all those Indonesian Muslim convention participants. In particular, I felt worried about what I was wearing - and I only had short-sleeved dresses with me. Also, when I went swimming in the lovely pool, I felt uncomfortable just in my bathers (I'm female), if there were Muslim groups having a meal near the pool, or sitting in the pool lounges on the other side of the pool. 3) a second thing that made me feel 'isolated' and uncomfortable at this hotel was the smoking everywhere. For example, one night I was trying to make a hotel booking on my iPad in my room, and the wifi wasn't working very well. So, after five tries of not being able to stay connected long enough to make the booking, I went down to reception to ask if there was a public place where I could get better wifi reception. I was told "over there". &Quot;Over there" was a place, near reception, where groups of male guests sat smoking - about 10 lounge chairs all facing each other. I said that I didn't smoke, and asked if there was a non-smoking area anywhere.

Review 33：Excellent location: near Cakra Market, 10 mins walk to Mataram Mall(very good coffee shop there, on 3rd floor of the back building), moneychanger opposite (rare species in Mataram - I think this is the onlymoney changer, other than finding a bank with international ATMs - mostATMs for local cards only), good fruit stalls very close (cross the mainroad, and walk west to next side street). Good bed. Excellent bigoutside swimming pool, which very few guests use (most guests areIndonesian and the women who wear head scarves can't swim inpublic). However, unless people are having a meal near the pool, thereis usually no pool attendant (no need since guests are seldom there), sobest to call reception to say you're going to use the pool - andrequest service there. You need an attendant to get a pool towel - notsupposed to use room towels at the pool.

Review 36：There's no service staff at the pool area & we have to go out & look for one! By the time we got the staff & ordered our food & drinks it took them 40mins! They should at least serve us our drinks first... Also room service was the same. I ordered a plate of noodles & it took an hour. When I call & check my order it was sent to me within 10mins!!!
