Review 7：I think our room was really small, especially for the superior prize we paid. I could see that the other rooms with sea view next to us were bigger... imagine a really small room where you barely have 20 cms between the side of the bed and the room...

Review 8：I loved the location, the food, the beach... It is just perfect for a couple who wants to relax. I could go jogging in the mornings, go for walks. I also liked the staff, very polite. The food was good in the pool bar and in the restaurant as well. It is really really nice.

Review 9：The size of the hotel lends itself to a quiet, relaxing stay. Having direct access to beautiful beach is fantastic. The staff are extremely pleasant and attentive.

Review 10：The rooms were quite small and for what they cost you would have expected larger rooms with a bigger bathroom and bath. The breakfast in the hotel wasn't the best they had no toast machine so you had to ask for toast and by the time it took for it too arrive you had already finished your breakfast. I think this hotel also has some staffing issues, not many of the staff speak good enough English so it's difficult to communicate with them, however there was a few good ones that spoke perfect English. You can tell it's a new hotel with the staff, I would also advise for anybody staying here to book a car! The transfers that the hotel provides are ridiculously expensive it seems to me that the standard rate for a 5 min 3 km transfer to a resteraunt and back is 40 euros. And they do not advise you of this they just give you this transfer when you ask to book a taxi so we was a little surprised when we received the bill. I also think that the hotel should build a spa it's missing this and the one they suggest is ok but again the taxi there and back is 70 euros.

Review 11：We loved the decor of the hotel and the pool and beach was brilliant. The food was very good in the hotel also for lunch and dinner. Maid service and laundry service also very good.

Review 12：We were made to feel like garbage because we had our young daughter withus. Apparently the fine print says "this hotel welcomes guests overthe age of ten". We weren't the first or only to make thiscritical mistake but we did pay dearly for our error. So we were allowedto stay but under the condition that we kept our 3yr old daughter lockedin a small cage by day and only brought her out under the cover ofdarkness or in our suitcase. On the first day I was publicly flogged inthe pool area for being so stupid as to have dared bring my child to abeach hotel in Italy in August.

We saw people having afternoon tea one day and hadn't seen this advertised anywhere in the brochure, seemed a shame to miss this. Another time we booked a kayaking trip for 80EURO with a local company and the hotel then informed us we'd been selected for the use of their own kayaks for free which seemed odd, again these are not advertised and not sure why they wouldn't be available to everyone.The food is quite average and the portions are very small for the price you pay (which wouldn't matter if it was very tasty)

Review 21：The beach is stunning, the beds comfortable and the staff v friendly throughout the hotel. Great to be able to have drinks delivered to the beach and we loved the 'treat' (ice cream/fruit/granita) brought out around 6pm everyday. The hotel is modern and clean. Loved having use of the bikes to pop to the shops. We arrived late on the first night and they rustled up a selection of meats/cheeses and breads for us even though the kitchen was closed. On the last night we were brought a complimentary bottle of prosecco. A great hotel with nice touches.

Review 32：The food was a problem, I personally had food poisening on my first night. There was a long term (like 3 hrs) electricity cut on our third day, No gesture or discount was proposed during our check out to compensate the food poisening experience as if it was not taken into consideration. however,after negotiation the first night was offered for free. I felt like we had to fight for it, it was tiring and disappointing. one restaurent,the menu is very limited, not many choices, no pizza on menu (although the chef managed to make one special for me, which we appreciated) , no kids meal either. No 5 star restaurents available in the area apart from the hotel. small towns in the area around but nothing to see.To get to Villasimius for example (just 15 km, about 15 mins drive) costed us 70 euros (2 way) , not much to see. Wifi connection and AC need to be improved, the AC was either off or on auto, no manual adjustments)
