Review 4：staying there without a car is a challenge because the residence is located at quite a distance from everything, the nearest store is over a kilometer away and the steps are quite steep. it takes a good hour of walking to lerichi; the way there is downhill, way back is harder. and forget about luggage heavier than 10 kilos (even if you are in great shape like i am). in other words it is a location for those who travel by car. if you primary interest is 5 terre, select a location closer to porto venere.

Review 5：the staff were helpful, the view was nice, the apartment was clean and had all the utensils, pots and pans.

Review 6：I personily do not like shower curtains, and the shower kept clogging up and over flowing. However when we let the staff know they promptly fixed it up.

Review 8：Property was difficult to find. Its location for the beach was excellant however a car is needed to get to town and harber were there is reasonsble 24 hour parking charges. Room walls are very thin so neighbours can be heard. ;-)

Review 9：Friendly helpfull staff free drink on arrival and good internet. Also garden access. There is no breakfast facility however staff make you a coffee and give you a croissant.

Review 10：The beach is also owned by the Baia Blue (officially a different company) and as a Hotel guest you get a 10% discount, but when you pay for a premium hotel, you don`t expect to pay 15-25 € to go to the beach which has the same name.

Review 11：the entire Hotel and area is really new and in a very good shape! The staff is very nice and welcoming. The location is just 3 Min walk down a hill to a beautiful beach resort (a free beach is right beside it, but the quality of the beach resort is way better).

Review 12：We had no car and it was tiresome to go downhill and uphill every time we wanted to get something to eat. The beach restaurant was the only place to have lunch near the stay, but it was pretty expensive. There were also lots of mosquitos inside, since no mosquito nets on the windows.

Review 13：Beautiful beach, not so many people. We've enjoyed a seaside view. Plenty of space in the apartment. Much more quiet than Lerici or any of the Cinque Terre towns.

Review 20：The apartment wasn't very well equipped really - no kettle formaking tea, no coffee machine, no cutting board, no wine glasses, nodust pan/brush for cleaning up. The shower leaked in two corners soyou had to clean up every time you had a shower. I wonder if this is allbecause Owners don't want to provide these things? The staff werevery good about it all, and helped when they could.Be aware: A one bedroom apartment for four adults would NOT work very well - not enough privacy......Ok for two children. A load of drying is 12 Euro, which would be a bit steep. We just put ours on a drying rack.

The room and bathroom spacious enough.Common kitchen very well equipped and always clean.The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Perfect place if you want to stay away from crowd but Lerici is only 5-10 mins by car. Don't miss the trip to Cinque Terre! :)

Review 25：The location is perfect. The beach is near only 5 minutes walk. There are free beach and private beach next to each other. The apartman is well equiped, modern. There is a beautiful garden.

Review 40：The Baia Blu gave us a taste of what it's like to vacation on the Coast during the summer holidays with lots of Italian families. It's a great location in the sense that you get a beautiful view when you wake up and the peace an quiet at night is amazing. Added bonus is the walk down to this beautiful beach.

Review 81：This is not a negative on the staff in any way, but just be prepared that their English is not as strong as others we encountered in Italy. Also, the resort can be challenging to find. Our GPS took us to a marina down below from where the resort is located. We did finally locate it when we back tracked and saw signs for the resort.

Review 82：The resort has very nice views of the ocean (although not right on the ocean). The units were very clean. We stayed at Baia Blu because it was only 10 min to drive to the La Spezia train station to tour Cinque Terre. So we did not have time to enjoy the local beach or other things the resort has to offer. The staff was very friendly.

There was also a fridge in our room. Very goog location. The hotel has a very beautiful private beach. A good beach to swim is quite difficult to find in this regions, generally there are big stones everywhere. The center of Lerici is not far, 20 minutes to walk, nice small city with a lot of restaurants.

Review 89：The very early check-out, the neighbour who approached me about my dog and suggested dogs were not allowed (dogs are allowed), the kid's beds did not have proper sheets, the ant nest in front of the door, the stain on the sofa, no English TV channels and the lack of complimentary coffee sachets etc.

The phone number provided in the reservation confirmation is an international number to a call centre which is not helpful in coordinating a shuttle pick up upon arrival (as the baia blue is located a 15 min car ride from Lerici). An understanding of italian would be beneficial for communicating with staff.

Review 103：The breakfast was excellent and worth the 8 euro. The appartment was very clean. The shuttle service was helpful considering we travelled without a vehicle. The staff assured we had a pleasant stay and were helpful with coordinating plans. The beach is narrow with pebbles and nice with showers, soap, pump for blowing up floating toys, and snack shack.

Review 104：Rooms a bit noisy from next door room/corridor. Few hundred meters climb back from beach. To get dinner you need to take the shuttle to the next village or drive.

If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance in order to check in automatically.Baby cots are actually camping beds that do not have a mattress, pillow or bed linen.
