Review 1：Room cleanliness and caring can be improved, if travelling with little children. SPA entrance is not included in the room fee, it 's expensive for the little time it can be used (16h30-19h30 in winter)

Review 4：This is a beautiful place where all our expectations were exceeded throughout our 4 day stay. Extremely clean and quiet, and staff go out of their way to make sure guests feel at home. Excellent buffet breakfast. Our room for four was way larger than what we get in other hotels and our sons' beds were very comfortable too. Big outdoor and indoor pools, very well equipped gym and great spa. Area very good for both country and seaside walks but car needed to get to town. Thanks to all staff for a lovely holiday and hope to see you again during 2016!

Review 6：Brand new hotel. Very friendly staff. We were almost the only guests there and the out out a breakfast buffet with plenty of food. Have us a free 90 minutes private spa too. With a private sauna and Jacuzzi. Rooms are very big. With a gallery including a sofa and additional tv. Very quiet location. 5 minutes from the see in a small residential agriculture area. 20 minutes from ortigia. Recommended!!

Review 9：When we booked on booking.com the room description stated we would have a 'private pool' and 'executive lounge access'. The private pool was actually a hot tub and there was no executive lounge (anywhere else I have travelled and executive lounge means free drinks and snacks). These two issues did not detract from a wonderful stay and clearly the hotel could not provide facilities it doesn't have. But there is clearly some problems with the booking.com description as in contractual terms what we got was not what we booked!

Review 10：This hotel and Principe Di Fitalia are the same business. The facilities and restaurant are shared. The 'Wellness' part is brand new and very modern. Staff were extremely helpful. Pool is fabulous. While there are shuttle services, a car is needed to make the most of the area. We had a terrace with hot tub which we very much enjoyed. Our room was on two levels, the lower level had plenty of space but the upper level seating area was dark, we did not use this at all and it didn't really seem to have a purpose beyond being used for an extra beds for family use. The breakfast buffet was extremely comprehensive. Stating that you want half-board in advance is much cheaper than eating from the menu on an ad hoc basis. However there are three nice seaside restaurants only three minutes drive away on Via La Maddelena. Some rooms have a shower over the bath and some a walk-in shower and some both, there seemed no pattern according to room type so best to ask in advance if you have a preference. Probably the best hotel pool I have ever swum in, plenty of room to do lengths undisturbed!
