Review 4：very nice and spacious apartment with 3 rooms, fully equipped kitchen proper for self-catering, refurbished property, nice furniture, very kind staff (Mario) which waited for us to arrive although it was midnight.

Review 9：The old buildings and the athmosphere of the place is exceptional, rooms are large and well equipped. We satyed only one nigh unfortunately, but I highly recommend this quite and unique place for longer stays.

Review 13：-welcome was friendly and polite -beautiful location and villa and very nice surroundings -staff were knowledgable -clean, comfortable and spacious room (two adults and two children) -the sport facility owned by La Filanda was clean and good fun for the kids (it included a pool,tennis courts, football court, basketball court, table tennis and a beach volleyball court.) -surrounding village (2min walk away) had a grocery store, restaurants and a beautiful view of Lake Garda. Overall it was a brilliant hotel and I would definately recommend this b&b and stay here again. If you are planning to stay here I would definitely visit Sirmione which is a beautiful town.
