Review 1：The receptionist hardly spoke to us on check-in and left our passports lying around on the front desk for a couple of hours before processing them, while she sat and watched a film! Not much on here out of season, and notices everywhere telling you what you can and can't do but I presume this is targeted at people who stay in the ski season, when it is obviously very busy.
Review 2：An ideal location for winter snow or summer sun as this hotel is right on the edge of the lake. Comfortable, if basic bedrooms, and a good choice of cakes and pastries at breakfast. Owner was very kind and only charged us for one night even when we had booked for two and decided to leave early because of the awful weather.
Review 3：The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right on the shores of Lake Scanno and we had a room with a view to the lake. The restaurant takes pride in sourcing and serving local food and in educating the guests about the food they serve. The hotel is well situated for sightseeing and the area is very picturesque and in the centre of a number of historical villages which are within easy driving distance.

Review 9：We had the most wonderful six nights staying at the Hotel Del Lago. Thanks to the very friendly and professional service from Roberto, Luana and Valeria who all looked after us in a very special way. We loved everything, the fantastic service, attention to detail, comfort and cleanliness, wonderful surroundings and fantastic food. We have never felt so welcome or special in any other hotel in all our travels "veramente"!. Lynn & Greg
Review 10：Warm and friendly staff, very welcoming. Roberto looked after us beautifully. Nothing was too much trouble.The family room was large and comfortable. We had a delicious dinner on the night of our arrival. The location is stunning. Strongly recommended!
Review 11：Internet wi-fi did not work, too old tv in the rooms, however I was tootired to watch.
Review 12：Staff was really welcoming and nice. The food at the hotel wasdelicious. King size bed. When we left I forgot my iPhone recharging inthe reception sofá. The hotel owner kindly call us in the other mobilephone just 3 minutes later, then we came back to pick up the iPhone. :)
