Review 1：The location was absolutely AMAZING!! We enjoyed being able to walk to both little towns and look around. Within walking distance to everything and definitely get the Sea View side because it is beautiful. Lovely beach facilities and staff were great.

Review 5：It took a while to work out that different businesses work out of the same area, this wasn't explained. The snack bar is nothing to do with the hotel although it is where you have breakfast and the sun beds are organised by someone else again so you have to pay and sit where they send you or you can go which is free but I had to find that out from the subbed guy....all a bit confusing. The snack bar at lunchtime was really busy and a bit chaotic.

Review 7：İn the rooms on street side the windows are covered, so you can't see anything. And you can't open any window. The rooms on the seaside are perfect, they have balconies or big windows you can open.

Review 28：The sun terrace (note that there is no beach beside hotel) is run by a separate company from hotel so even guests have to pay to use beds and parasol. 27 euros for hotel guests per day seems very pricey. Also the hotel only has around 7 rooms with sea view so we had a view of the road. Poor designed hotel in my opinion.

Review 73：- Need to pay extra if you want to access the small beach- low level facilities - too close to the road - BEWARE if you choose not to stay in a room with sea view, you will save 30 € per day, but the down sides will be great (no window or terrace) just an infamous proximity to pedestrian path and Street - people will walk just outside your window and you will be bothered by the road traffic, just outside of your window (terrible) - poor breakfast (plus they do not let you charge anything to your room... not even at the restaurant!) - BEWARE of them saying they have private parking space - to reach it, you will have to walk 1km walking a road that is so steep as to truly require a level of physical prowess - Facilities and services honestly not adequate to a 4 stars ranked hotel

However the rooms look a lot likebusiness hotel rooms - it lacks a little charm (not a cute lamp orcharming furniture or colors, just very plain high standard room). Giventhat it is not a business hotel, and that it is in Italy, the hotelcould make a little more effort to add some details to the rooms.
