Review 16：This unit was very plain. The furniture on the balcony was extremely poor, only 2 x plastic chairs. 2nd bedroom bed very hard and uncomfortable. no lights working in main bedroom.

Review 19：For $200 it should have free wifi. We have stayed once before and came back because of the room size. Howeverthis time the room we had , had 2 ensuites which was annoying not to have one separate bathroom. With 4 teenagers we probably wouldn't come back for these 2 reasons.

Review 21：Bathroom was dirty-shower had toothpaste all smeared over it. All mirrors were dirty and smeared. Bath was dirty in the ensuite and should have a hand rail to hold onto when getting into it for elderly people(very dangerous). Blinds were covered in dust in second room and I am asthmatic. Overall very disappointed as we read ratings for this place, and normally stay up the road at apartments that had a lower rating than yours and were looking for a venue to do multiple bookings for our upcoming wedding next year. A little dissapointed.

Review 23：We had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms but only used 1bedroom . we didn't have 2 sets of towels replaced when rooms freshened up and wldve liked towels in each bathroom as we were there 9 days

The hairdryer was loose which I thought was dangerous; I was glad I had taken my own. Otherwise a fantastic location and would be happy to recommend to others. Very comfy bed.

Review 28：The location was perfect; easy access to beach, shops, lawn bowls etc. All the things we were looking for in a sea-side holiday. Lovely to drift off to sleep listening to the waves.

Review 29：Wifi was expensive and rubbish, the slowest we've ever had. It's no excuse to say it's a different company when it's advertised with and named for the accommodation. Also 'fully equipped kitchen' was not!

Review 32：We like everything, the closeness to the beach, the unit was clean and had all the facilities we needed as well as all the facilities the complex had to offer we have recommended it to our friends and family.

Review 33：The blinds & air cons needed cleaning badly and we paid for 7 guests and only had 2 rolls of toilet paper - on holder, when phoned reception to ask for more we were basically told buy our own! Was not really happy about that as we were there for a wedding and no time to shop - only complaint though!

Ground floor apartment where the room backed on to the elevator-very, very noisy! The office closes at 5, not a convenient time to close.

The bed was hard & the pillows were uncomfortable. The kitchen & bathroom could do with a bit of a remodel as it is showing it's age.

Review 53：I was given the wrong pin number for the safe (for late check in) and had to phone the emergency number. The reception wasn't very friendly and when I was unable to work out how to access the car park, I was told to look on the paperwork which doesn't mention anywhere to use tge blue "tab" to enter the premises. Then reached our room to find we were 2 towels short.

Review 55：We had a shower over the bathtub, which was a bit awkward for an elderly couple and they had no none slip mat for the tub. Asked at reception but they couldn't help. Reception Staff could be friendlier.

Review 56：The weather! The unit was very nice and comfortable as well.

Review 57：Tired furnishings. Carpet raised tufts at traffic areas, which could cause tripping. In ensuite a doorstop right in front of the toilet that I stubbed my foot on more than half a dozen times; No good sharp knives, not good cooking utensils, no coffee machine and not even a percolator or drip filter...From lift cannot visit friends on other floors without meeting them in foyer- a huge pain in the #ss.

Review 63：The condescending desk attendant who treated me like an idiot for not knowing how to operate the fan/lighting system despite no instructions in the room at all. Booking.com had this property listed as air conditioned but you don't find out til after you've booked and paid a deposit that this particular building isn't. The first night was really hot with no fans or air con.

Drilling occurred three times during our stay at @ 8am. I reported it to front desk but no repose one the first occasion and in the third was told they could "work it out."

Review 95：The apartment we stayed in was becoming a little run down and needs some work. We interacted with 2 staff members. One of these staff, a lady in her 50s?, was rude and obnoxious without provocation.

Review 104：I spoke to Gavin a couple of times and did the upfront registration with him. He was friendly and very helpful! However, we spoke to a lady (sorry didn't get her name, didn't tell us) she was the most unfriendly and to the point of being rude! No clue what we did to her!

Review 105：The accommodation is modern and luxurious! The Kitchen was filled with plenty of every thing. Usually, I find 6 glassess, 6 plates etc but the cupboards where filled with glasses and all kinds of utensils. Which meant when I am on a holiday i didn't have to keep doing dishes every two mins!

Review 131：We loved that we could park the car and walk to places. I also liked that when something went wrong eg spa bath broke down,that we rang a number and someone was there to have a look at it within half an hour.

Review 132：The freezer was a small, iced compartment in the fridge - wasn't inconvenient to us, but if we were staying for longer it wouldn't have been very useful. We were staying in a non-smoking part of the hotel and one of the guests was obviously not complying - the outside of their room smelled strongly of smoke (something for staff to check).

Review 133：- Location was brilliant - only a 2 minute walk to the beach - The room was nicely set up - The bed was quite comfy, which was surprising since most hotels don't add that extra unless they're VERY expensive - The hotel had a wonderful, beachy atmosphere - So close to all kinds of shops, takeaways, a video store, beauty/massage parlours, parks and restaurants.
