Review 1：Water from the tap and shower was too salty. Facilities were poor.

Review 2：Team members were very friendly and eager to help. Smiling and kind. However, these were not a professionals of the hospitality industry and less experienced in hotel business. From 4* hotel I would expect more!

Review 3：the hotel is shameful. Owners have not invested in the property quality forever. Even the door knobs are unacceptable. The plumbing is horrible and smelly. Value for money very poor. TV systems archaic. Our "sea view" could barely see the sea.

Review 5：So many things ...-the bathroom is awful, it becomes a swimming pool ! - we had a view on the car park - we were close to the reception desk, it is really noisy - towels are not clean - air conditioning doesn't work well - i booked for 2 nights and after the second night they ask me to change the hotel because they were overbooked ! really bad organisation ! So we had to pack our stuff and move to an other hotel, not close to the beach ! And I paid for 3 nights even if I stayed at the end only 2 nights ! - breakfast is bad, no choices - It is really expensive for what we had ! And I am sure I forget some things .... If you want to go on holidays, DON'T GO there ! It is stressful , It is not a 4 stars at all !!!! maybe a 0 one .. !

Review 6：The private beach

Review 7：Toilet didn't flush at all! And the staff blame us for that. Bathroom was extremely tiny and dirty. In the shower was impossible to get right temperature and right pressure water. Water was salty! During our visit the floor drain was clogged. Room wasn't what we expected, and not even close to four star hotel. Bed was hard and air conditioner didn't work properly. Seaview was actually view to backyard and balcony was wet all the time because of the air conditioners. Mini bar was empty and very dirty. It was also warm and didn't cool anything at all. TV did not show any channels. Staff was little bit arrogant. They didn't understand the failures of the hotel and the room. Answer was all the time "this is how we do it in Greece and in Europe". They also give us wrong information about the bus because they didn't know it. Breakfast was narrow. The swimming pool was very small, it looked like private pool. In the beach there was only few sunbeds for the hotel customers and much more for the restaurant customers. We give two stars for this hotel, it was a big dissapointment for us! We payed way too much of it.

Review 9：No coffee machine in room, poor toiletries in bathroom, towels were thin and not soft, hair dryer blew and caused a fire in the wall, the a/c backed up and water flooded/dripped back into the room soaking the items on the night table bec the staff didn't empty the water canisters (overflow of the a/c unit)

Review 12：Lovely place to stay with superb service, particularly from Sofia. Nothing was too much trouble, and she really did make our stay an absolute pleasure. The breakfast is very worthwhile, and the sun beds free for guests, in a nice, quiet spot on the beach.

Review 18：As it is stated as a "four star hotel" we also expected it to be one, but boy were we wrong! First of all, the day before departure we called and found out that they had "missed" to reserve the first night for us, and since we were about to arrive at 4 o'clock in the morning it was quite a problem for us. Nevertheless, the excellent receptionist (the only thing about the hotel worth 4 stars and even more) arranged a transfer from the airport and to stay the first night in another hotel nearby. This hotel was very nice and we thought that we would find the same kind of room when we finally got to Anemos beach lounge hotel the following morning, but that wasn't the case. What we found was: -An extremely small room with a huge bed in the middle, with no place for even hanging clothes. - In the reservation it said that we would have views to the "garden", which we later found out was a big and dusty parking lot. - The biggest problem though, was the bathroom! it was super small with a shower that was 50x50 cm, and that was completely open on one side, which made it impossible to shower without transforming the bathroom into a pool. There was salt water coming out of the shower and the tap, and it would go from warm to super cold and vice versa every time someone in the adjacent rooms flushed.It was very old and not very clean either, and the toilet couldn't flush properly. the towels were also old with a lot of stains on them and they were super rough. During the whole one-week stay there, the sheets weren't changed even once even though they told us they would be changed every other day. We definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone,

Review 22：The bathroom is a nightmare! Toilet didn't flush properly, rooms weren't clean daily (sort of had to beg for them to do it) tip for that is not to put the sign "please make my room" just leave it without any signs and you have higher chances to have it done. Its a lot of noise when they start cleaning the rooms ( around 8.30 am). Also the breakfast is the same every day.

Review 25：Great position right on beautiful black sand beach with clear blue water. Lounge chairs on the beach were big and comfy with romantic straw umbrellas. The pretty pool was very clean and we often had it to ourselves. Lots of good restaurants for lunch and dinner along the beachfront. We had a sea view and a small terrace which was a bonus even though the rooms are not that large. Breakfast was lovely in their open air restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This is a simple hotel but in a great position with a friendly laid back vibe.

Review 26：Shower water flooded from floor trap. Mould smell. Bad hygiene, shower entry almost to tight to enter. Towels hard as sand paper. Mattrasses uncomfortable. AC smelling badly and over the bed head. Room so tight that a baby stroller didn't fit. Room door adjacent to entry lobby with all noise disturbing. Zero customer service. Buffet already empty at 9.am and not refilled.

Review 28：Beach was not very nice. Lots of seaweed. Because we were a larger family, we were placed in the "cabana" suites which are not directly connected to the hotel. Although it had a small private pool, it was more like living in a compound. Completely enclosed and no view of beach or ocean. Because of location, we could hear cat fights and dogs barking many times during the night. Also, NO WIFI in this "cabana" even though they say it is available. If we wanted internet, we had to walk over to lobby. This was very inconvenient as 2 people in our group needed to be in touch with their employers, etc. The telephones did not work in any of our rooms so if we needed anything, we had to walk across the street to the lobby to ask for it. One of our rooms had a HORRIBLE smell of sewage the entire time, even though they "sent maintenance over to fix it". One of our AC units did not work and had to be repaired. Beds were hard as rocks. Towels felt like sand paper and they only give 2 per room. Forget about asking for more. We also requested extra pillows - none available. Breakfast was incredibly minimal with just 2 fruits and some croissants and sausages every day. There was only one waitress (very sweet lady) working breakfast every morning and trying to take care of everyone but she was stretched thin with so much work.

Review 45：The hotel is old, the furniture in the room excessively worn, in-room problems with the supply of water throughout the day and sewerage, it was delicious. 4 * hotel does not match completely, the regular cost of living is very high. Was allocated a room other lower category without compensation in money. The ratio of residents to bad administration ustaivayte popular music concert under the windows of the hotel, customers do not even have been warned. The concert ended at 06.00 am. PV as a compensation for a sleepless night after the scandal with the administration proposed a free cocktail in the hotel bar!!

Review 47：We have reservation from booking.com, we reserved room with seaview, but we had a room on the ground floor, room was very small without window. Bathroom was small too. Air condition without any function regulation - only very cold air.

You can relaxthere all day at the sun and enjoy the translucent waters. The hotel isvery nice with comfortable bedrooms with a private terrace and excellentviews. The staff is extremely helpful and nice. The manager is on top ofeverything to make sure your stay is great. The breakfast is one of thebest we had so far in European hotels we had been of the same amount ofstars. The food at the beach is very good too. The facilities were cleanand modern.

Review 59：Even though we stayed at this hotel in early season (mid-May), there is no excuse as to why the water in the shower kept shifting between freezing cold and scalding hot, or why the electricity was out when we arrived. Moreover, the staff behaved in an unhelpful and impolite manner (with the exception of the kitchen staff). When the room had not been done (after we had been away the entire day), we were told that the cleaning lady "had had more important things to do". Seriously, we had expected more bang for the bucks we paid. In brief; INSANELY EXPENSIVE AND UNPLEASANT! You are hereby warned.
