Review 1：The east/west junior suite was a big disappointment, but luckely we could upgrade to a south suite with nice bathroom and awesome view.

Review 3：Lovely place to spend Christmas holidays with the family. Sun, snow, saunas, good food, wonderful skiing area just around you and beautiful Alps surrounding you everywhere - we loved everything.

Review 4：It's like 90's flashback: the hotel is ok, but lacks that cozy alpine feeling, family-like ownership and warm hospitality. The rooms, the facilities, the dinner menu... all are basically obsolete and lack attention to detail. We've tried different places in H.Soelden and you can get much warmer welcome within the same price range. Enzian is not bad per se, just needs an overall service and design refresh.

Review 6：With a whirl pool I would rate it excellent.Food alleregies, tell reception otherwise message does not get to kitchen. This is flagged in hotel noticeboard, but not in English. Price higher than similar hotels in equally snow sure locations.

Review 9：Great location directly on ski slope, high over the forrest border with fantastic views of the surrounding mountains. Relaxed apres ski on the wonderful terrace. Renovated large rooms, friendly staff, perfect for active skiers.

Review 10：Spectacular and uniqe hotel. Right next to the large and beautiful skiing area..A paradise for skiers. Excellent cuisine. Comfortable rooms with beautiful mountain views. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Silence, wonderful mountains, wonderful holiday. Two ski shops and ski rental next to the hotel. There you can also buy tickets for the lifts. Own private garage. However, if you're not a good skier consider a hotel in the valley. Getting in the winter requires winter tires and snow chains while it's snowing.

Review 11：Extremely friendly and efficient hotel. Perfectly placed for getting to and from ski slopes with minimal fuss. Relaxing bar areas for evenings. Excellent food.

Review 12：Staff. The restaurant staff, desk staff, and cleaning staff were polite, professional, cheerful, and provided superb attention to detail. Ski. The skiing was superb on and off the piste with total access via ski in / ski out. A ski room is strategically and conveniently positioned for snowy gear management. Room. The room was spacious, well appointed, quiet, with a perfect view of the ski slopes. Dining. The cuisine was superb with exceptional freshness, variety, seasoning, and pride of service.

Review 13：The fact that today people do not know how to enjoy a breakfast, lunch or dinner without their smartphones and iPad's it is the ruining factor of the restaurent. It shall be prohibited to used these devices at the restaurent, if used it shall be outside the restaurent. Eat and have a conversation with your kids and family members and when done eating go somewhere else to let your kids or yourself play with the devices. Hotel management please do something about this - thank you.

Review 16：Even in early season it is possible to ski-in and out of the hotel. The half-board option is well worth it and food excellent. The spa at the hotel is lovely - lots of sauna and steam room options plus a pool. All the staff were helpful and friendly.

First we arrived late there was no one at the reception to helpwith luggage, than we went to our room and we looked directly into thewall that was just oposite the window, so no mountan view at all! Wetried to change the room but there was no one left in the hotel toassist! The room was not suit at all it was just a bit spacios doubleroom! The furniture was all cheap plastic including the wood panellingthat was just card with wood effect paper on it! The overall apearanceof the hotel including food was giving feeling cheap mass marketestablishment. Nothing that was said at the web page. We moved next dayto the same room at 3rd floor our view improoved a little we did notlooked directly into the wall but overlooked the carpark! When we movedto the room both radiators were completely switched off and room wasfreezing cold also the radiator in bathroom was off. The same happenedwhen we arrived the first night, whole heating system was just switchedoff. The food was very below average, the vegetables when cooked lookedalmost grey and it was completely tasteless as were used cheapingredients. Did not appreciate at all that for such price there was anextra charge for an esspreso at breakfast! If the hotel cost were about200 eur per room it would be fair price at the cost of over 370 eur wefelt it was massive ripp off
