Review 1：Bit of unusual hotel. Rooms in different blocks. Window in room was 2 metre above floor so ok for light but no view. Not sure point of a sauna in the room?

Review 3：Very basic for a 4 star hotel. Gym was very average. Poor breakfast.

Review 5：I was unlucky enough to have noisy rooms. First one had the laundry above it the second had noisy fans running in close proximity.

Review 7：1st room, 127 had laundry above it. Noise of hard wheels on tiles until 23.30. 2nd 302 top floor room. Better but has aggravating noise of extraction fans or similar until 23.00.

Review 8：Located not far from the company I was visiting. Located beside the lake in beautiful Lovere. Plenty of free parking. Nice, friendly staff.

Review 12：very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are big enough. Location is on the edge of the town, but in a very short (and nice) walk to the centre. Good restaurant at the top floor with a beautiful view on the lake. good gym with good staff. We rented canoes from the hotel, they were excellent and brand new.

Review 13：Everything except the staff. Our room was upgraded but was like an oven and AC was very poor due to new Italian law! Breakfast very poor. Unable to use the pool as we had not booked prior to arrival.

Review 15：We travelled with our 12 month old baby and I'd booked this location so that we could relax and enjoy some of the facilities. We had planned to take the baby to the pool for a quick dip but the pool was not included in the price. It was 15 euros per adult and 4 euros for the baby and time slots were limited to just two hours. With a baby it had to be between 9am and 11am. I appreciate that for that price you would have the use of the sauna and steam rooms as well but for us, we could only use the pool. I just think that the price was too high. Also, there was a sauna in the room which was great but this was 40 euros per day to use. The hire for the fold up baby cot was 15 euros per evening too, which I found unreasonable considering most the other places we stayed were either free or just 5 euros.

Review 16：The hotel itself is in a good location beside the lake and free parking is directly outside the entrance. The food in the restaurant was very good and the staff spoke good English. There are a large number of luxury treatment and spa facilities available.

Review 17：The rooms were adequate ~clean and well equipped bathroom a little small but clean and fresh However ! Getting from reception to our rooms was a nightmare - up one lift around corridors up another lift and more corridors ! This was too far Imagine all that to repeat when you realise you have forgotten something as u sit down for dinner or leave the hotel Would love to stay here again if getting to rooms were easier

Wonderful dinner on terrace overlooking magical lake on warm summers evening Breakfast excellent with good choice and well looked after- a little disappointed not on the terrace as lovely morning to enjoy the views The spa massage was very welcome after a v long drive from previous day.

Review 28：For the price it was not what I was looking for. it costs and additional 10euro for only 2 hours to use the pool, hot tub, or any other part of the "spa & Resort" I have never been to a hotel that charges their guests money to use their pool, its an outrage! Also the hallways and navigation through the hotel can be a bit annoying. And the restaurant was fancy, but didn't taste so great. I could have went to a 45euro hotel in Lovere and got everything they offered for 90.
