Review 1：Waiters: taking into account that it is a 4stars hotel, waiters are unprofessional. For example one morning a waiter was filling the bottle of milk without lactose and the one with soja milk. He didn't distinguish them therefore he smelled the bottles in front of the guests. Another one was very happy because some guests were leaving the hotel and he told this news to a colleague.
