Review 1：Dificult to find. My GPS had problem with this location, so whidout that I cannot imagine to find it, specially at night...
Review 2：I hightly recomend this villa. Is very confortable and clean, the owner is very helpful. Great and deep(!) swimming pool with the semi-jacuzzi part. We will surely go back there!
Review 3：I don't really recommend it if you don't have a car; problematic to get to town and get back, especially in the evening; isolation between rooms not very good, you can hear every noise (though guests tend to be calm loving so no problem...). Cleaning service: the bed was made but I didn't receive any new toiletries for the second day of my stay and the bathroom towels were not changed, either (especially the little bathroom carpet with lots of sand in it clearly needed changing on the second day...)

Excellent breakfast. Do not miss a chance to have it on a nice terrace. Fridge available for storage of own food. Dishes, cutlery and microwave available all the time. Thus, own catering for lunch or dinner possible.

Review 12：This is a little gem of a place in the Tuscan hills. We loved our 6 daysthere & could not fault anything. A family run business and smallwith only 6 rooms so no crowds at the pool, just very relaxing. A littleoff the beaten track, but once you are there, well it's justfabulous. It's 15 mins from the beaches, short drive to Viareggiotrain station to go to Florence and only about half hour drive to thebeautiful Lucca. Micol's Italian breakfasts are wonderful with sucha variety every day We will certainly be returning to this lovely place.
