Review 1：The WIFI has very slow download speeds. If anyone else there - forget it. We could only connect if other guests out, or at 6:30 in am when others asleep but even then unbearably slow. Fair distance from town & last 1.5 km road attroachous - dirt road, extremely narrow & windy & steep. However, excellent base to see Bevagna, Assisi, Spoleto, Montifalco , all less than 30 minutes away.
Review 2：Host Patriza excellent. Very attentive to our needs. Facilities great, e.g. cooking, laundry, shower pressure great. Very quiet, nice by pool. Very safe & secure. Although host not on site, she visits every day, or will answer phone call. Speaks very good English.

Review 4：House situated in a good, quiet area, close to the attractions of Umbria. Large, comfortable and clean apartment. Nice owner and nice staff.

Review 6：Loved being in the countryside and waking up to the bird song. The jasmine was in flower with heavenly perfume. Very comfortable apartment and beautiful grounds. Close to a small town that was very interesting with everything you might need.
Review 7：As charming as the location was, there were some cleanliness issues. In particular, the pool needed cleaning. Travel companions also had issues with mold/mildew in their ground-level unit. Finally, the WiFi was almost non-existent.
Review 8：I stayed in Olivo A (upper-level, 2 bedroom unit), which had fantastic views of Assisi, Spello, and the surrounding countryside. The space was simple, but comfortable. The location was remote and a nice retreat from the city.
