Review 1：Great place to stay. A little out of any main town but close enough. Staff were very helpful and polite and the food was excellent. Loved our stay here.

Review 2：Excellent accommodation, staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was substantial and there was a great choice. Close to local beach 150m and plenty of parking at hotel. Quiet location out of main town. Lots of local marked walks and nice views of the sea. Very relaxing and peaceful. Several local restaurants and cafes. Bus stops right outside the hotel.

Review 3：Not a bad experience but there is a bar/restaurant on the beach opposite and a wedding was taking place there. The very loud music went on until midnight on one evening.

Review 5：The restaurant for supper was not the best quality. They had a buffet where all the items were at room temperature and they had a microwave you needed to use to heat the food!

Review 9：This hotel was really amazing for us! We got there the room was ready . We had two rooms booked with them and without asking ... They put us on the same floor. The view from our room was just awesome. Room was clean , wifi and air conditioning very good! Overall we had a wonderful time. I would recommend this hotel and I would definitely go back

Review 10：The conection to Lerici without car is litle complicated, specialy during weekend. You can take local bus ~ 1-3 per hour or walk 25 min.

Review 16：The rooms are a bit smelly (damp) and sound isolation is not good, so you can hear the TV and chats of your next door neighbour. Wifi signal is ok, but tends to drop from time to time. It's overpriced for what you get, even in the low season.

Review 18：Very friendly atmosphere of a family-run hotel, really good restaurant with fruit and vegetables from their own farm for reasonable money, absolutely clean. The beach is close and offers a 50 percent discount for the hotel visitors, the hotel has a parking. Every minute of stay was made enjoyable by its helpful and caring staff

Review 19：Absolutely disgusting place! Very old and dirty rooms, not suitabel for living. Very mean person at the reception! We were misguided by positive comments to this place, probably they were left by people not knowing what they should get for a 110 euro/night. This hotel is positined as a place for a beach vacation, but there is no beach - only small and poor overcrowded spot of sand by the water very much down the rock. Pay attention and avoid this place.

Review 23：Small criticism is the Nescafe automated coffee machine in the breakfast / dining area - terrible coffee. Luckily for a small charge you can order coffee from a proper machine at the bar! Despite a wonderful dining experience, I would add, when it gets dark, the dining room ambience becomes somewhat sterile, due to the large open space, the bright lighting, and fairly functional interior. But there is always the option of dining in the outside area.

Review 27：Nice Hotel with extraordinary view over the Sea. Personal was very helpful and a quit place to stay when visiting cinque Terre. 20 min drive to La Spezia where you can take the train. Breakfast is very good. Fresh products. Restaurant for eating fish is also good, no need to drive to Lerici.

The great gourmet food in the restaurant, The ferry to The Cinque Terre, was only a short distance away in Lerici. Far better than it's 3 star rating.

The CLEANLINESS The room was spotless clean, it was cleaned daily, the towels were changed daily and the bed sheets every other day. The STAFF The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and - what you will find to be rare in the area - they were speaking English. PARKING Another thing that you will definitely appreciate when you get in the area is finding a parking spot. At Hotel Cristallo, the entire week while we were there during full season, we have never had a problem parking right in front of the hotel at any hour. EATING The breakfast and dinner were also good, some of the stuff they use in their kitchen is grown or produced by themselves - fruits, olive oil etc. The AREA Fiascherino, where the hotel is located is situated in the Golf of Poets. The area has spectacular views, excellent food and very nice people. If you are willing to drive for about an hour you can reach the area of Cinque Terre which is also something unique that you don't wanna miss. To summarize, it is a 3 star but it was better than some 4 stars I've staid at. A very fair price for what is offering.

Review 61：This hotel is a little dated however has got all you need for a nice relaxing break. the public beach is excellent, although not much beach and it wasn't clear who you hire sun beds etc off - they could do with a sign up, but this is nothing to do with the hotel, they just happen to be in the right spot for beach and swimming. nice walk down to Tellaro - not too far, and nice at night time. only a could of restaurants and 96% of the menu is fish! beautiful little get away though. highly recommend the sea view rooms. they have a sun bed and deck chair and the canopy that comes out to give you plenty of shade as well. really very very tranquil.
