Review 1：The price was a bit too high for off-season in this city.

Review 2：We got a very nice and clean appartment. Copious breakfast is included in the price. Decent beer is sold from what I understood is the bishop's brewery. Wifi worked very well.

Review 3：It is well situated. Close to the bus station, shopping and the inner city. Appreciated the gated parking lot, especially when returning later in the evening. My favourite coffee shop in town is on site and they have a new craft brew pub (opened late 2014) that is very nice.

Review 4：A kettle in the room would have been helpful. The breakfasts were not always up to your otherwise high standards - bread kept running out, so no toast available! Bread rolls were hard. Quality varied somewhat.

Review 6：The breakfast was sparce and repetative, no variations at all. The coffee machine was replaced twice, and only one poor member of staff sometimes not even that as receptionist had to jump in. I have to say though worst was the room cleaning, slow and sometimes non existant. The maid was not very thorough with her cleaning at all. Beds were only changed once and only because I stripped them down. Glasses not changed and bin bags only emptied not changed. Very bad.

Review 7：The free WiFi was really good, fast and reliable, the bed was not quite what I hoped for as it appeared to be 2 beds pushed together but it was comfortable.

Review 8：I stayed for two nights only and during the first night I could not sleep because of the loud neighbours, but that was the only negative thing.

Review 14：Staff was helpful and nice. Location is great as you have a shopping mall nearby (as well as Tesco) and the downtown which was really pleasant to find out as an attractive one. The room was clean and nothing else was needed. At the upper floor there is a children playground with all kind of toys; this was for sure a plus for us. The breakfast is good but not perfect thus this is the only thing that can be improved.

Review 17：1. Badly organized buffet breakfasts: no baking at all, only cold milk for coffee, one waitress does not add food on the table in time (bread, omelette, sausages...). 2. There are no refrigerators in rooms (as it is written on the site). There are only minibars without beverages. However, the temperature inside minibars is not low enough (more than 15 degrees C.)

Review 19：the maid didn't come in to clean everyday and we were there 8 days. one of the adjoining rooms heat/air unit didn't work so it was a bit stuffy.

Review 21：There was a large soccer team staying at the hotel, upon check-in we were told they ate breakfast around 8 a.m. so we should eat before or after to avoid it being full. When we went to eat just after 9 a.m. there was no hot items left, only a one yogurt cup and some dried up cold cuts remaining. There were no coffee cups larger than for espresso or any cutlery. Every table was dirty and filled woth dishes. There was only the one staff member working to tend to the front desk, operate the parking lot gate, clear tables in the dining room and I am assuming to replenish the food as well as there wasn't anything left. We advised the receptionist that we would be leaving to go have breakfast elsewhere even thought it was included in the price of our stay and that we may be a few minutes late checking out because of this, she said she would get food made for us but we didnt see how she could manage to do this and everything else she was reaponsible for so we said that would be okay. Bottom line is that the hotel was terribly under staffed, we were upset to not get breakfast when it was included and felt terrible for the receptionist.

Review 32：The refurbishment makes it like a modern hotel anywhere in the world, it lacks character. When we booked it accepted pets in the interim they have decided to be anti dog and were very reluctant to let us stay with our small dog.
