Reviews for Seabreeze Bed & Breakfast

Review 1:We loved everything! I went with my parents to celebrate my dad's birthday, who came with mum to visit me from Hungary. Noreen & Michael, owners of Seabreeze, they are so friendly and lovely person's. My parents absolutely loved it.We definitely go back again <3 Ilona x

Review 2:Wonderful stay at this B&B. The innkeepers were warm and friendly, the room was large and very comfortable, with a view of the sea and mountains, and the breakfast very tasty. We walked the grounds in the morning down to the water, which was a beautiful and serene setting. Outstanding place to relax and enjoy nature at its best.

Review 3:Everything I liked

Review 4:The feeling was in there like in our own family . beautiful view, clean and comfortable warm environment. Excellent friendly service. Thanks for Noreen and Michael.highly recommended for everyone

Review 5:There was nothing I didn't like, honestly it was just brilliant.

Review 6:Lovely room, great location right on the sea, fantastic couple who own it,lovely breakfast! All in all it was perfect ! Great sea views !

Review 7:A 15-minute walk to the nearest pub for food in the evening. No big deal really, but further than anticipated. We were there on a dark and wild winter's night - but the walk would be pleasant on a light evening. The lady at the B&B kindly offered us a torch :)

Review 8:A lovely spot, right near the coast. Very peaceful, with beautiful views and private path down to the sea and a secluded enclosed picnic area right at the end of the path. We were able to have a cup of tea or coffee in the sun lounge. Good breakfast, comfortable bed and a warm welcome

Review 9:We found it difficult to find initially. The directions to the property from the website were too vague.

Review 10:The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation and breakfast was excellent

Review 11:The warm hospitality was outstanding, from the comfort level of the accommodation to our hosts' consideration of our every need. We were well cared for.

Review 12:The breakfast was not my favorite--traditional, but had an odd aftertaste--might have just been me

Review 13:Seabreeze was one of the nicest places that we stayed--great facilities and even had sheets on the bed--yeah! They also have a wonderful little walkway that goes all the way down to the beach--super beautiful!

Review 14:Very welcoming and helpful hosts. Very comfortable bed and pillows, nice bathroom. Superb location with stunning views of the sea, mountains and islands.

Review 15:We stayed in the self contained flat with its own entrance and it was fabulous. Excellent view, great bed, wifi and a really good breakfast. The couple who run this B and B are really good people and I will definitely be staying with them again.

Review 16:This is a jewel of a B & B. Everything was perfect. Nothing could have been better. Great host who went above and beyond to make our stay better.

Review 17:Beautiful location by the Atlantic. Nice walks with great views. Good places to eat in Tully cross. We tried Paddy Coines which was the best pub on our trip.

Review 18:The spectacular scenery and the serenity of the location. Noreen and Michael were very friendly and accommodating. We wanted for nothing. Thank you immensely. Noreen even booked us into further accommodation for our next stay.

Review 19:Lovely b&b right on the coast with beautiful views, accommodation was great. Noreen & Mike couldn't do enough for you. Very accommodating would definitely recommend.

Review 20:Fabulous hosts despite our getting in rather late. So accommodating and kind. We appreciated their understanding of our situation. The breakfast is awesome!! Wecan never express how much we loved it here. This is well worth getting to, and we look forward to another visit here someday. Connemara is strikingly different from other places.

Review 21:The junior suite (rightly named) could have done with some more space. It is ideal for a couple but we had a small child so were a bit cramped for space.

Review 22:The location is great. We loved Connemera of all the regions we travelled to along wild atlantic way. Location is perfect for exploring Connemera. Junior Suite had adequate facilities for self-catering. Spent many hours indoors looking at the view, as it was too windy outside.

Review 23:Wish my room was a bit bigger for one person

Review 24:Love the quiet place and view on the sea. The hosts are nice and kind. The toilet was beautiful and big compare to the room size.

Review 25:We got the junior suite, it was very good, sliding glass doors to the back yard trail that led down to the water. Definitely more than we expected! Only bad thing is we only stayed here one day.

Review 26:Michael and Noreen are excellent hosts, very considerate. Little things like: arrow indicating 'shower on', ' shower.off '; gates to picnic area easy to unlock and lock;grounds meticulously maintained, totally clutter-free ; spectacular breakfast table views.

Review 27:Proprietors Noreen and Michael provided the highest quality of friendly and professional hospitality. They did not intrude on our privacy, but were readily available to help us in any way to enjoy our stay.

Review 28:If I were being very picky The shower is a bit average, . No problem for us - the water was hot and it didn't defy the law of gravity - but if a luxury shower is important to you, bear this in mind.

Review 29:We spent two nights here. The welcome was warm, the room perfectly satisfactory and the breakfast first class. The location was wonderful. Don't miss Kylemore Abbey with its extraordinary history and the loop drives. The Sky Loop brings wonderful views.

Review 30:The lack of restaurant options close by, but considering the place and the hosts were so wonderful it made it worthwhile!!!

Review 31:The hosts were warm& welcoming, the location gorgeous, but please ensure you drive down if you want to move around especially for lunch& dinner. More then value for your money.

Review 32:We have stayed with Michael and Noreen twice, and it just keeps getting better than ever. The new Junior Suite is a joy with its kitchenette, private entrance and magnificent views of the ocean. This is our absolute favorite B&B in all of Ireland.

Review 33:We had a most delightful stay at Sea Breeze with our hosts Noreen and Michael. It was not our first time visiting them, staying before in the B&B with their great choices for breakfast, notice enough that we held their property and hospitality in the highest esteem. This trip we resided in their Junior Suite on the ground (lower) level at the back of the property facing the inlet toward Killary Harbour and the view across to County Mayo. To say this is a spectacular view over more than 180 degrees is to understate the wonder of it all. Our suite was clean and tidy with all necessary accommodations for quality self catering. Noreen and Michael were always available with help on local information, yet were unobtrusive, allowing us our privacy to enjoy a restful holiday in this beautiful corner of northwest Galway. A real plus is their well-kept natural garden and picnic area down a short walk to the water's edge. Sea Breeze deserves and receives our highest recommendation.

Review 34:Seabreeze was in a beautiful location. The cooked breakfast wasexcellent every morning. The room was a good size and the bed verycomfortable. We were very well looked after by our hosts. Had pickedthis B&B because of other traveller's reviews and we werenot disappointed. A really enjoyable stay and wonderful hosts. Thankyou so much!

Review 35:Nothing.

Review 36:From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome. Noreen and Mike have a little piece of heaven there in Renvyle. We did not want to leave. Excellent location to use as a jump off to see the local sites and beauty of Connemara. And so peaceful when you get back "home" to rest up. Thank you guys for making our honeymoon all the more special.

Review 37:There is a family room at the top of the house, which can be noisy when kids are running from one end to the other.

Review 38:We had the most relaxing stay here. The house is absolutely pristine clean, very comfortable and the hosts are welcoming, friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Guests also have the use of the conservatory. The views are stunning and the room and en suite was beautifully comfortable and felt cosy too. I never sleep well when away but the bed we had here gave me super nights sleep the whole time. Wonderful. Can't wait to return.

Review 39:The location of the B&B was perfect with a beach garden overlooking the sea, our hosts Michael and Evone were very helpful and always at hand if needed, the rooms were clean and of a good size. The village has a couple of great pubs with music playing at night, I would stay here again if I return to the West of Ireland.

Review 41:Well. I liked everything there. Beautiful sea view from our bed, nice places where i just see, lovely friendly staff, comfortable room. I just didnt wanna come home:-)))

Review 42:I'd go back to the Seabreeze in a heartbeat, but I suggest skipping Kylemore and visiting the coast instead. The best views at the Abbey were from across the road for free (the food is good too), but past the admission counter it goes downhill quickly.

Review 43:Even better than the pictures. Fantastic.

Review 44:I liked it all.

Review 89:nice location

Review 90:This is a spectacular location. The views from our room were stunning. The beach is a stone's throw away and the Connamera Mountains are right there. The hosts are wonderfully gracious and professional. They made sure we had everything we could possibly want. They have the best wifi signal in Ireland. The shower was steaming and powerful. The breakfast was perfect as well - overlooking the ocean from our table. Short drive to Kylemore Abbey, Croagh Patrick, and the Connamera National Park.

Review 91:Friendly welcome and stunning location. The sea views and mountains were spectacular. Also we spent a memorable evening in the local pub in Tullycross and we will live off that for many a year!!

Review 92:Stayed in self catering apartment. Spotless, very comfortable, lovely & quiet location. Well-signed from main road so easy to find. Very short stroll to pretty garden/picnic spot on sea-edge. Lovely to see hares running around in front of apartment in the morning. Would love to stay again

Review 93:Had a wonderful stay at Sea Breeze, Weather was terrible but staying here made up for it - so cosy, lovely hosts and amazing breakfast... will visit again...

Review 94:I enjoyed my two days at Seabreeze tremendously... absolutely no complaints... my only rating of less than excellent was given to the Wi-Fi speed, which was totally adequate for most things besides a "power-user". With such a beautiful vies, a comfortable place, and very caring and friendly hosts who needs to be spending time on the internet anyway except to send out a bulk e-mail saying "Having a great time ... too bad you are home cutting the grass and washing the dishes!" I would happily stay here again!

Review 95:This is an absolutely gorgeous B&B! Spectacular views and beautiful scenery around the Renvyle coastline. We stayed in the Junior Suite - I would recommend it to anyone. We loved our short stay in Seabreeze.

Review 96:Nothing!

Review 97:Stayed in the Junior Suite, amazing views looking straight out to the sea. Beautiful, clean room, kitchen and en suite. Lovely comfortable armchairs for looking out at the sea through the double doors. Will definitely return, kind and welcoming hosts also.
