Review 1：the mile walk in the blazing sun to the nearest restaurant. room 4 - tiny balcony .view of wasteground and a tractor. never anyone at reception. took 10 mins to open or lock room door as lock faulty. whole hotel needs a refurb.

Review 3：From the offer appeared room was in the Hotel Beach Resort itself when actually was in another building at the rear. Satellite TV was old style and all Greek channels.
Review 4：Transport pick up and drop off at Port. The pool was excellent and good internet.
Review 5：The room was small, especially the bathroom. But we didnt come for staying indoors in Santorini! :D The shower-head should be detachable.
Review 6：Very friendly and serving staff. You should definitely follow the suggestion of the Hotel Owner for exploring Santorini. Dont hesitate to ask her and book boat or bus trips from the hotel reception. The beds were comfortable and the room was pretty clean! Air Conditioning and refrigerator were well functioning! 2 minutes by walk there is a bus station with very frequent itineraries! Not more than 15 minutes by walk you find beach of Perivolos and St. George (actually parts of grand Perissa beach). In about the same distance you reach a supermarket with Western Union ATM. To reach Perissa Center you need more time and strength (by foot).
Review 7：Small, clean and cosy family hotel for reasonable price. Been there with couple of friends and all the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful in every way - recommending trips, experiences and taverns, even joining us during cheerful evenings around lovely pool area - many thanks Irina :). Pool area is well maintained, with significant roof covered bar area for hot noons, and evenings there around sympathetic bar are crowned by lovely views of Mount Profitis Ilias. The hotel is not completely new, beach is about 15 minutes away, bathrooms may be bit small, but sheer cosiness, careful cleanliness of the whole hotel (including the pool) and warm hearted people there won me over completely. Next time on Santorini this hotel will be my first choice.
Review 8：It was difficult as we were 20 minutes away from Fira ( the capital of the island.) There are buses that run every half hour ( though the schedule taped to bus stop is not correct.) The hotel offers transport but not so often.
Review 9：The rooms were a really pleasant size. . enough space for 4 friends to be comfortable. It was great for us as we made our own food and there was a fridge/ freezer and kettle facility ( as well as breakfast served in the dining room.) The staff were so helpful and nice. They offer free transport to some main local places such as Fira, the port etc The POOL was the best thing ever. . it was big and spacious with a pool side bar and showers, not to mention a pool table :)

Review 19：The hotel is not so much a "beach resort" as it's a good15 min walk to the beach. My experience of the airport-hotel pick up wasless a 15 minute wait and closer to a 1.5 hour wait. Also after havingrepeatedly tried to organise the hotel-airport transfer to arrive at theairport at 8am, I was still expected to wait until 8am to leave, despitebeing told the night before that I could get there by 8. Perhaps it wasa language breakdown. Not so much to do with the hotel, more with thelocation. If you're looking for the Santorini "white and blueand stairs" this is not the area - unless you can drive amotorbike, quad-bike or have already hired a car, you probably won'tsee much else of the island from here.
Review 20：Room is clean and relatively quiet. Wifi is good. Pool area is lovely.If you know the area and want to stay in Perivolos/Perissa, it'sbasically equi-distant between the two.
