Review 1：The electrical wall plug in tv room all the way until kitchen didn't work. So no tv, no fridge and microwave. I think it was the situation for sometime since they provide lighter to light the stove. Wall plugs still work in the both bed rooms

Review 17：One of the girls at the reception wasn't nice and denied our requestfor late check out by half an hour! Instead of 10 to 10:30. Theapartment is empty from basic needs such as toilet paper. WiFi is notfor free and costs 20 euros per week for only one device!

Review 18：The apartment was nice and clean. Nice and big pool. The restaurant wasgood and the service at the restaurant was excelent specially atbreakfest.

Review 19：The third bed for the teenager was a put me up camp bed with two of the wooden slats missing so in the end we bought an air bed and she slept on that. It would be nice if there were an information book stating where the local markets are. The information stated only 1 small market 400m away. However there were many more in the area with more selection.

Review 20：Onda Blu was a lovely place to stay, the location was great and the facilities even better. There are plenty of food markets around but you need to look for them. The apartment was a little tight for the three of us (2 adults and a teenager) but we managed. The beach bar was great, the drinks were reasonably priced, food was ok but the atmosphere was the best. The majority of people there were Dutch and they know how to party.

Review 52：If you take apartement for 2 you get a sofa to sleep on, which would be fine if sofa wouldn't smell so badly of dust. But for sofa it is rather comfortable. Also price for towels is excessive as it is for A/C and internet.

Review 53：It was really nice place with a great location and easy acces to the lake. Apartment was very good, clean and well equiped. The garden is also well maintained and if you are lucky to get lower apartment you have direct acces to the grass infront. When we visit Garda again we will come back for sure.

Review 57：The place is nice and has a great restaurant. Rooms are wellfurnished.good kitchen and has all you need. Nice pool and playground.Location is a bit far from main attractions but ok. Lot of supermarketsand shopping malls near. 15 min from a4 highway.

Review 58：we where two familys traveling tougether sharing an appartment, but it was only possible to get one key to the front dor and to the gate to the lake..we had to leave and come back at the same time.it was also not possible to park more than one of the cars inside the area. .. it was ekstremely noisy, kutting of gras and trees in early morning and when we tryed to sit outside in the afternoon the grass where kutted almost around our feets... the staff in the reseption clearly where tierd of theyr jobs and where not wery feiendly. Wated 45 minutes in line to get cheked in...

Review 61：Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at residence Onda Blu , we had a 2 bedapartment right infront of the lake , there are only 4 apartments inthis block , not good in the height of season as no Air con butperfect for our occassion , would definately book again if we wentlate in season.

Review 62：Personal not honest in restaurant and registration. We had to pay restaurant bill double. We paid in restaurant by credit card and payer did not take a receipt. Personal saw this and told to registration that we did not pay. To our invoice for camping was added also invoice for restaurant that we had to pay double. Worker in registration was very impolite and didn't show to us receipt that we paid already in restaurant. Same person who paid in restaurant could't pay it again because they accept credit card payments bigger than EUR100 only.

Review 64：We didn't have a car, so relied on walking or public transport. Although the staff were very helpful, we had great difficulty with buses! We were either told we could pay on the bus (drivers were quite rude when we didn't have a ticket, although accepted cash from other passengers-very confusing) or told to buy them at tobacconists, but only found 1 shop in 9 days that sold them on our 2nd last day. It would be helpful if Onda Blu could sell tickets and perhaps have timetables & maps of local routes displayed.

Weinformed them on advance that we'd be bringing two cars between the6 of us and they assured us that parking was free, but then charged usper night for the second car. I asked whether bed linen was included inthe room price and received an email saying it was, but again we werecharged extra.

Our mobile home was clean & well equipped. The pool area looked lovely although unfortunately we were unable to make use of it due to the poor weather. Location by the lake was great & only a short walk or drive to shops, bars & restaurants although we found the onsite restaurant was very good.

Nice pool area. Beautiful promenade along lake front, decent restaurant . Easily accessible to everything and reasonable. Went in April so bars on site ect closed but made no difference.
