Review 1：I am being picky, but there were people smoking outside an adjacent unit - I could smell the smoke.
Review 2：the location, the room was a good size and comfortable....the bathrobe is a nice touch.

Review 5：Owners Gary & Debbie made our short stay most welcoming from the time we booked in, including Gary leaving his maintenance of the units to drive us to the racetrack, unit location & facilities were excellent, definitely recommend your stay here.

Review 9：Friendly, Clean, good location we were able to park our 1968 VW Beetle just outside the door, so we could keep an eye on it.
Review 10：We got a bit worried when there was a can of bug spray on the bench as to what it may be for. Also even though it's called City View, we couldn't see the beautiful view because of the fence put up in front, which we assumed was there to help cut down the noise from the highway.

Review 12：The owners are very friendly, welcoming and happy to help. The rooms were spotless, neat and well appointed. Location is just a few minutes from the centre of town. Will stay again, as we all felt comfortable.

Review 23：Very friendly and helpful staff. Motel was well positioned for our needs. We were attending the park run at a local park. Rooms must have been recently refurbished but not just surface decorating. Great lighting over mirrors - often not available even in 5 star. Even though it was on the highway it was well sound proofed and heard no noise - and on New Year's Eve.
Review 24：Whilst the situation of City View Motel is convenient, being on the main road does add to the noise factor. The double glazed windows definitely a bonus in that regard.

Review 32：We have never before stayed at a motel where a bucket of water and appliance for windscreen washing was waiting beside our car park - thoughtful touches like this make such a difference. This approach was evident in the room also and we appreciated the friendliness and helpful manner of the owners. Highly recommend.
Review 33：A first class motel. Staff very friendly and could not do enough for us. Provided an excellent and tasty evening meal delivered to the room. We would recommend that you book well ahead to stay here as there are only 10 rooms available, the night we stayed all were booked. The dressing gowns provided were a nice touch. This motel had very high standards.
