Solaris Residence is 1.2 miles north of the small harbour of San Foca. It is 1,950 feet from a private beach that offers discounts to guests.

Review 1：The village where the residence is located doesn't offer much. Traveling without car is not ideal. Bathroom and kitchen basics would have been appreciated (toilet roll and washing up liquid as a minimum).

Review 2：The accommodation was comfortable and equipped with basics. Realised on last day I was among the lucky guests with air conditioner included. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Review 3：The room was tiny with a sofa bed. First impressions were really disappointing. However the bed was very comfortable and so was it when it was a sofa.

Review 4：Location of Residence was excellent. Directly across quiet road from good little beaches. Excellent family run restaurant and bar/shop 400 metres away. Great beach bars 400M in the opposite direction. Staff were excellent. Pool was the highlight of the place. 20M long meant that it was possible to have a really good swim. Plenty of sun loungers.

Review 5：As an accomodation facility offering services on the international market (e.g. through booking.com) we would expect the personnel would be able to communicate with non-Italian guests in English; At the balcony of our room (No.106) there was an outfall of the drainage collected from balconies at the upper floor, which made it almost permanently wet and discomfortable; There are no footpaths along the main seaside road which makes it very difficult to walk in the outside area, the offer of shops and other services in the village is very scarce

Review 6：The facility has a pefect location right at the seaside with almost private sandy beach just across the seaside road, with further opportunities in a close distance, the sea was warrm and clean, yeat a bit windy. The building as well as the semi-undeground parking place represent very convenient architectural solution. The personnel was friendly and caretaking. The swimming pool was very clean and well maintained

Review 7：Small balconies at second and third floor. Only for two persons. Mandatory swimming cap in the pool. Sparsely furnished apartment with limited equipment in kitchen. None of the staff spoke English.

Review 8：Great pool and nice view from balcony at second and third floor. Clean rooms and good parking in the garage. Close to a small and beautiful beach.
