Pension Kasermandl is located in Steindorf am Ossiacher See, just 350 feet from the shore of Lake Ossiach and from the main street. The family-run guest house offers rooms with flat-screen satellite TV and features a restaurant serving local and organic cuisine as well as Belgian cuisine. The Gerlitzen Ski Area is 6.2 miles away.
All of the rustic rooms come with a bathroom featuring a shower. Most also have a balcony. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided and most of the rooms feature lake views. Free WiFi is available.
You can relax on Kasermandl’s sun terrace and in its garden, and a breakfast buffet with home-made products is served daily. On request and a ta surcharge, you can enjoy a 3-course menu in the evenings. Special diet menus and vegetarian meals, made of vegetables from the property's garden, are available.

Review 1：Clean pension . The nice rooms were cleaned every day. Very friendly and pleasant staff. The breakfast was served from regional food and home made marmalades, yoghurts and bread . Every morning the kind of home product was changed and we were familiarized with consistency of the food. The restaurant inside also offer dinner specialized to Belgian foods. All foods were tasty and delicious.

Review 2：It was a little difficult to find but we were driving at night.

Review 3：The rooms was updated, clean and very comfortable. We had a quad room and the beds were very cozy with thick comforters, the bathroom was clean and newly renovated. The DeLeenheer's are delightful! They were helpful and friendly. Ingeborg's homemade meals are delicious!

Review 4：It was a bit far from the the ski resort but the ski bus stops in front of the house.

Review 5：Amazing homemade breakfasts and dinners. Skiboot heater and new sauna is definitely a plus. Beautiful view to the lake. Everything was very clean. Service was very friendly and attentive. If I have the opportunity in the future, I will be back. I can only recommend this place. It was also good value for money.

Review 6：Our host baked gluten free bread as well as a range of normal breads each morning, as my husband has coeliac disease. We were made very welcome and had a very comfortable room with a fantastic view. We took evening meal on two occasions and found the meals very tasty and freshly cooked by our host. I would recommend this small hotel very highly to our friends.

Review 8：We were surprised finding the owners able to speck english, not so common in the region :) , we felt immediately welcomed. The place is really confortable, with fantastic lake view and you can enjoy homemade bread and jams in the morning.

Review 11：This is a beautiful spot overlooking the lake. Our hosts were wonderful. Food absolutely amazing and specially prepared to accommodate food allergies. Great stop and we highly recommend Pension Kasermandl.
