Review 1：For the price of the room we are used to having more facilities available like a swimming pool, definitely a better breakfast menu.

Review 2：Perhaps the best thing is that you can eat together with a Leopard, Cheetahs and a Jaguar in the restaurant on the lobby level. The second best thing is that after a long day going around to all the different 'parks' like Batu Secret Zoo, EcoPark, Animal Museum, Transportation Museum (Museum Angkut), this is perhaps THE closest hotel to get back to our room too.

Review 3：Hotel is over merchandised, too crowded with all the decoration tryinghard to make it 'jungle-adventure'. Cleanliness and comfort ofthe room is average, room is a bit weird with mirror everywhere. Roomfacility/amenity is poor, considering the price

Review 4：Location is perfect, just at the center of jatim park2. Convinient tospend a day or two to explore the whole area. And also we can see someanimals directly from room balcony and the sensation of hearinglion's roar from your room. Kids just love it.

Review 5：But this hotel should pay more attention to the hotel cleanliness. Some spot in our room like never been cleaned before. In the restaurant, despite the unique attraction, it's plates and spoons lil' bit greasy. They could be better with the price they've charged us :)

Review 6：I travelled with my husband and 2 young children. This hotel located in the area of Jatim Park 2. Secret Zoo & museum Satwa are only a walk distance, so quite easy for us with young children. Our room's view directly to secret zoo & Arjuno mountain, so stunning.

Review 9：Room is ok, but no official hotel laundry. The bed sheet is not so white (yellowish). And my kid have to wait for 3 hours before check in, which I have informed the early check in previously.

Review 10：Location is the best when you have kids and plan to go to jatim park 1&2. Hotel is in batu secret zoo, there is a shuttle to jatim park 1 and then to museum angkut. No need to rent a car. Room view is the best.

Review 11：1.I'm still not getting use to see all those different style of architecture. You can see clearly from your balcony. It's too much! 2.The food from the restaurant is still below standard. We asked for avocado juice, they didn't have avocado. The strawberry juice was so thin that you could see through the glass. I think they only put 2 strawberry in it. 3.The concept of the resto is having the feeling that you're dining surrounded by animals in the jungle. You should put the sound of all animal sounds not the latest indonesian pop music..

Review 13：Excellent location if you want to have a vacation in Batu, Malang. The restaurant is quite good, staffs are friendly. My children loves the idea of sleeping inside a tree.

Review 14：The bathroom is still dirty when we checked in, the linen are grey and they didnt have a baby cot ( a little bit strange assuming they are family hotel).

Review 18：The information on booking.com was false and misleading. I booked executive room for 2 nights, the most expensive, only to find out on arrival that the room with balcony with view was not available and I would get just a giant room with view unworthy of the room price. The management refused to acknowledge their mistake in informing room details. Bottomline: this hotel does not deserve your money. There are nearby resorts which deserves your money and where you can better spend your time. This is just an overpriced hotel with poor services.

Review 19：the dinner is not good, but the breakfast is O.K. you have to pay for amenities.

Review 20：The location is near Eco Green Park and Museum Satwa. Amazing view i.e. lion den from the balcony. They have revolving restaurant so you can see animals while eating.

Review 21：Few staff are not friendly and not helpful, but others are fine. The hotel charged us for every additional thing including extra towel and toiletries. The furniture (bed) is not safe. It has sharp part. I stumble few times to the bed foot and hurt my toe. The balcony is not clean. They allow smoking inside the restaurant which is very uncomfortable for non smoker and kids. The food is fair.

Review 22：The room surrounds by zoo and has good view. The hotel is inside the Jatim Park 2 (amusement park, museum, and zoo). The air is fresh and you don't need air conditioning. They have good restaurant with evolving platform and surrounds by wild animal.

Review 23：restaurant is actually excellent with rotating seats overlooking 3 animal cages separated with only glass. However, choice of foods are limited. the parks closed at 6 PM.

Breezy cold. stay at least 2 nights as too many fun factors around the area...1 night would not be sufficient to cover all Jatim park 1, Jatim park 2, Batu night spectacular, Animal Museum, Transportation museum, and Eco green park. It feels like you are sleeping / camping in the jungle as you can hear animals' roars from your room...which is exciting.

Review 40：Mediocre breakfast buffet that serves mostly indigenous food of limited variety. There are much tastier local delicacies elsewhere in Batu. The 2 elevators are small with limited capacity, even though they come with clear views of the zoo. There are some notices in the room highlighting the charges applicable if certain additional items are requested - totally unnecessary in my opinion. Also, practically everything is in Bahasa Indonesia, making it rather difficult for those unable to read nor converse in the language.

Review 41：Great sweeping views of Gunung Butak and the zoo on one side, and breathtaking vistas of Batu and Gunung Arjuna on the other side. Cool pleasant climate. Very easy access to Museum Satwa and Batu Secret Zoo. Easy to make travel arrangements to other Batu attractions like JatimPark I and BNS as well. Animal theme of the entire hotel makes the kids go crazy and highly engaged. Staff are generally very approachable.
