Review 1：We had a very nice and relaxing stay at this residence. Noto and Syracuse is not far away from there. The are several nice sandy beaches around the place. There is a private entrance to the sea from residence, several hundred meters. It´s a rocky beach, very clean sea. The owner and the staff were very nice and helpful, spoke perfect English and French. It was nice in the morning to find a breakfast at the patio with fresh homemade cakes. We could enjoy and relax patio in the evenings.

Review 2：Bathroom needs improving. No kettle to boil water.

Review 3：It is a very nice place - we have a house in the middle of the fields. You have a terrace to sit outside and your own path to walk to the sea - not the beach but rocky coast is also very pleasant. The staff is very nice and every morning we had a good breakfast delivered to our door by the owner. Be aware that to use wifi you have to drive/walk 200m to the reception (not always open). It must be a great place for summer but we were there in January and it took ages to warm the rooms.

Review 6：The agriturismo is nice with a huge and diverse garden, situated closeto both rocky and sand beaches. The home made jam for breakfast wasamazing! The owners were really nice and helpful - the lady gave us atour of her ceramics workshop, and the man offered us a bottle of wineplus a free drive to Siracusa as we had missed the bus. Grazie tanto esaluti, noi ci ritorniamo (ma con la macchina)!

Review 7：We loved Guiseppe's warm welcome and ongoing kindness throughout our stay. A perfect start to our holiday, and a chance to really relax. I would definitely return! Local shops and fresh produce grower close by. A small rocky beach 200 m away with a larger beach a short drive away.

Review 12：Unfortunately in the 2nd half of April it was quite chilly and it was cold and humid in the house (especially in the bathroom). Breakfast could be impoved at least by adding some butter and yogurt. The sea is in the walking distance but it is not a beach.

Review 13：We liked to live in a stand alone house in the middle of the garden and fields. We liked ceramics made by Renata. We think Terrauzza Sul Mare is a beautiful place to live during hot summer time!

Review 14：Terrace overlooked car park, privacy from tired net curtains, artistoc design not always practical e.g. a draining board that didn't drain. Be very mosquito aware.

Review 15：Apartment was artistically furnished. Convenient by car for Syracuse. Plenty of safe parking. Friendly and helpful owner. Located in generous grounds. Breakfast good quality but very limited ( we augmented with our own food). Good Pizzeria nearby. Lidl on the way to town is handy if you want to buy any food.

Review 16：Location is good and lovely apartments. The air is fresh and lovely breeze despite high tempretures. Breakfast is rather limited but genuine and home made. Cafe is available and kitchen well equiped. A very pleasant stay with owners giving us a helping hand and making sure our 3 day stay was trouble free. Would love to return. Excellent value for money.

Review 17：We enjoyed this B&B very much. The owner is very friendly and helpfull. The house is nice and the location is very quiet.
