Review 1：Main TV speakers were clearly damaged and you simply couldn't enjoy a movie because the dialogue was distorted. The small TV in the main bedroom could only receive a few channels with many channels not receiving properly - picture and sound breaking up.

Review 3：No fly screens on the windows meant not being able to have the windows open at night - rooms became stuffy and ceiling fans were not sufficient to cool and freshen the room - we had to sleep with doors open

Review 7：The bedspread in the master bedroom was dreadful - lumpy and worn. Needs replacing immediately. The bedroom was rather dark. There were no tissues and washing powder and the toiletries were very basic to say the least. Most of my gripes could be easily fixed for very little money.

Review 9：Lovely place to stay, as a young couple it was a perfect location and the price was fantastic. The room was very much upto date and you defiantly got your money's worth. Highly recommend the visit and stay. So close to ocean st where there is beautiful restraunts.

Review 25：Website states full reverse cycle air conditioning but only the living area is air conditioned. The bathrooms were poorly cleaned with a build up of fluff and pubic hairs - disgusting!!! The "swimming pool" should be described as a plunge pool - it is so small. The early morning noise coming from the adjoining buildings made it hard to sleep past 6 am.
