Review 1：-check in on 6 Jan at 7pm, reception on that shift are slow, concierge do not care us not show us the room just said go right and straight thats it n we have try work out to find the room ourself nor not help us carry luggage, that time GO also no smile at all n just pass and staring at us with no smile - in online platforms that we book the description between superior n deluxe exactly same about aircon so we though there is aircon, but when I ask reception why no aircon and she said only deluxe has aircon. But full booked today, just said if scared upgrades guest as I seen still selling deluxe room at that day, why must lie to guest? We are hotel marketing manager do not think we do not know it At the evening we tried ask few staff about where to find rent motor bike daily but from many staff that we ask none help only said no motor bike for rent here, we can help ride bike for you and pay per drop each place, actually we not that stupid so we search internet n found rental motor bike daily and the next mornings rental company send the motor bike to the hotel - the next morning we need break one note I'd 100,000 into two note I'd 50,000, there 4 staff at front desk I asking can you help me change this into 2 notes, all of them said we not have n askin the old man cashier he soo rude, does not said any thing just turn the head with u n friendly face, I don't believe a 4 star hotel cashier do not have 2 note of money 50,000 -breakfast far too simple and not tasty for hotel standart Last but not least housekeeping staff are the more polite part of this hotel, this hotel staff need to learn hospitality expecially those staff that dealing with guest as so far seen no educated in hospitalit industry, other hotel staff since we spend holiday in Batu has much more better manner than staff in Klub Bunga hotel, definetely will not go back again, 4 star hotel but service 1 star hotel

Review 3：No air-conditions in the rooms. Should at least provide with a fan in the room. It's humid in the afternoon but cool at night.

Review 5：overly priced for the facilities provided. The staff are not helpful. No wifi as offered. Jacuzzi and warm water swimming pool are switched off before due time. The rest room closed to jacuzzi are really stinky and smelly. The meals both dinner and breakfast are poor

Review 7：Variety of breakfast is poor. No pick up transportation to/from the airport. The Reception isn't too cooperative in explaining how we can get to the places we'd like to go, no concierge.

Review 9：I like the surrounding environment with high terrain mountain villas, there is a library room with internet personal computer, there is place for kid to play, we can also play indoor and outdoor sport like swimming, basket ball, badminton, volley, also bowling, ping pong, bilyard and there is more. Another best thing we can use sauna room, jakuzi and fitness center.
