Review 1：The staff were amazing, helpful, polite, and sweet to my eight year old son. Breakfast was great, either delivered to the villa or in the restaurant. Lush surroundings, we loved our stay in December :-)

Review 4：I loved how lush the entire resort was - it was so green and beautiful! The staff were all incredibly friendly, welcoming and made it feel like a very homely atmosphere. The pools were great too. It is a little hard to get to if you don't know where you're going but is a pleasant surprise when you get there! Just a note for future users - in our 2-bedroom villa the bedroom upstairs although beautiful, had an open air-roof (still fully covered but a gap between the roof and walls) and meant there was no aircon up there. This didn't bother us but others might want a heads up.

Review 5：Couldnt reach the location by car, had to walk with heavy carrier about 300m, the room was dirty. Only check-in about 1 hour then we check-out because the energy was so terrible :(

Review 17：Kitchen is provided but nothing to cook with, no cleaning materials and not even a tea bag! Groups sometimes a problem as kitchen can only handle 3-4 requests at once so allow plenty of time at breakfast - it needs to be urgently upgraded as the property is expanding. The hotel is not signposted from main road so taxi drivers need to call ahead (we booked ours through hotel and he didn't know how to find it - make sure you have phone number!) and it is then a 200 metre walk along an uneven and poorly lit path.used by many mopeds (not a problem for us thereafter). Wifi very unstable (if needed) so buy a local SIM card (Telkomsel around £5 for 3Gb)

The gardens were like a beautiful oasis. I was so sad to say goodbye, but I will certainly be back to Bali Dream soon!!

Review 20：We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bali dream resort in Ubud. The staff are lovely and so helpful. We arrived late on Saturday night after they had arranged a transfer from the airport which was fantastic. We were welcomed with a welcome drink and snack. The breakfasts are great and made to order. A leisurely walk to the centre of Ubud, or a short and very inexpensive taxi ride. The hotel is tranquil and relaxing with beautiful gardens and a lovely swimming pool. Couldn't recommend it enough!

Review 21：Little bit too far of a walk from the action of Ubud particularly with small kids. Wifi very patchy. Drainage in downstairs shower had not been sited properly therefore there was always water on the floor. Toilet required multiple flushes to clear the bowl- not great.

Review 27：The fact they support WAKE Bali which is a resort that keeps 4 dolphins in a swimming pool - dolphins are going blind from the chemicals. Tourists try touch and handle the dolphins that were once wild ALL DAY LONG. WAKE'S brochures were at Bali Dream Resort advertising the dolphins tours

Review 43：The fact that there was no transport offered to Ubud and we needed to spend about 100,000 rupiahs a day on a 10 min round trip twice a day to town. The fact that the villas are on a busy access road without car access and we had to walk competing with motor bikes and open sewers. The fact that our bathroom downstairs had a sewer smell and no goo drainage that could not be fixed despite all the efforts by the staff.

Review 48：We booked Bali Dream based on other good reviews here. We are a familyof 4, with children aged 5 and 7. We stayed in a huge two bed villa,#106 (right near the pool). All villas have their own private garden. Wearrived very late at night, picked up at the airport by Wena, one of thelovely drivers from Bali Dream. Walking down the small lane to theresort we weren't worried as many reviews had said the lane is not areflection of the destination! Bali Dream Resorts grounds, gardens andpool area are absolutely stunning. The villa has a centralliving/kitchen area - an 'outdoor' room with one kingbedroom and ensuite downstairs and another bed/bath upstairs. Wedidn't use the kitchen at all, the restaurant at the Resort hasbeautiful food and drink at really good prices. We walked into Ubudtourist centre, the walk was fine for our kids, downhill on the waythere so we got a taxi back each time for 30 or 40 thousand rp. Therewere also brand new rooms and a 2nd pool nearing completion while wewere there - also looked amazing. We felt like we had a glimpse of Baliliving - surrounded by rice paddies, the sounds of roosters and scootersin the distance. The absolute best part of Bali Dream is the staff - oneof the nicest groups of people on earth - always happy, interacting withour kids, they quickly felt like friends. Review 52：The lack of utensils & high voltage hot water boiler. It was a whistling kettle but thankfully it was fast as it depended on the pint of water I had filled in. The bed was a trifle too soft - gave me my back ache. There was a unit that was given which was not informed to us that there was no aircon in the upper room & also had exposed ceiling for mosquitoes to readily fly in. Some people may appreciate it but think it's best to be asked of us for our consent before room is given.

Review 93：situated hidden away from the main street, this resort is about 100m walk away from the main car access. the scenery was stunning with little path and paddi field around the resort. the staffs are so warm, engaging and very caring. they address every of its guest by name and always make an effort to go the extra mile with their attention. got the opportunity to meet the owner and wow was he humble. he helped us to reach for a spa nearby and go as far as calling them from his personal time. villa was beautiful with lush greenery amd flowers. breakfast every morning was a delight with 5 choices of breakfast, from continental, american, healthy, indonesian to balinese breakfast. would definitely recommend a stay here. and most def will come back

Review 94：The surroundings, garden and front yards are awesome. They certainly give you an exotic setting. The decorations in the rooms themseves were lacking, but we spent minimal time inside so it wasn't any problem. It was a bit far from the city center on a narrow steep road that I would not dare walk with my kids on. We had a driver the entire time so that didn't bother us either.

Review 108：The hotel is a little on the outskirts so a taxi at night is recommended - the road is not easy to walk to even with a flashlight But well worth the calm that being a little outside brings - no noise at night like in many places in Bali! The 3% credit card charge that we discovered is often added in Indonesia - it is not specific to this hotel, but we didn't know about it so it wasn't the nicest surprise.

Review 109：The staff was very welcoming and made us feel so at home that we extended our stay twice, spending an overall of 7 nights instead of the initial 3 that we planned. We had a big villa with two bedrooms which was great, it would make sense for a family or with friends, although I don't understand why they wouldn't rent out the two bedrooms separately. It made for a lot of privacy for us so can't complain! The fresh juices that you get as a welcome drink and in the breakfast were excellent The beds are big and comfy and have a thick mosquito net that make them look romantic and help avoid bites. The staff was really helpful and always there but not in an invasive way - it was very appreciated. We didn't use the pool as the day we wanted to, it unfortunately started raining. We would love to come back and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a three bedroom villa with a kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms are very nice. The food was very good and breakfast was included with the price. The villa's location was very close to everything you'd want to see and do in Ubud. We would definitely stay there again and recommend this place.

Review 124：First room was nothing like that advertised on booking.com, no TV, no fridge, not on the first floor, no balcony and was told that the described room didn't exist. When I explained I would only pay half of the bill as I was not getting the facilities I was moved to better room with large garden area and outside kitchen but still not on first floor with balcony. Please do not believe the description on booking.com. Breakfast choice very poor. Booked this hotel which was the most expensive hotel we stayed in whilst I was in Bali and compared to others not really worth the money. Wifi in room was nearly none existent.

Review 126：Good value for money! We spent two nights in a villa with three bedrooms, living room with kitchen and a beautiful garden. With room service it was possible have breakfast in the villa. Friendly and helpful staff.

Review 128：If you want to be where rice paddy field surround you, walking distance to Ubud, stay in a huge Villa with staff that are fantastic and meals are devine...Then this property is where you need to stay.

Review 129：excellent space for a family. in a peacfull area but only a short drive or stroll to markets and shopping. staff were excellent very helpful with everything.

Review 130：Wifi connection was so poor. No road signage, so it is a little bit difficult to find it.

Review 131：Staff is really friendly and helpful. The resort is surrounded by rice fields and its really calm and quiet. Not so far from the city center (20 minutes walking). Great villas and pool.
