Review 1：Breakfast colud have done with a more varied choice.

Review 2：Very friendly staff - especially Poolside Bar and Main Bar. Pool area and general condition of hotel very good!!

Review 4：Location was good the hotel is a good 3 star international hotel the staff are very nice and try very hard, gym is a bit old but good, the pool is lovely but jacuzzi doesn't work, we didn't see anything better.

Review 5：The staff at front desk- not helpful to the point of indifference. They gave inaccurate advice about locations of pharmacies, travel agencies and shops. Didn't care about why i asked to use the First Aid Kit- cared more about getting their methylated spirits back had no idea how to provide information about steep roads or types of boats used to travel from Santorini to Piraeus. We were told there would be a shuttle bus at the port when we arrived @ 1.30 am but there wasn't. Bar staff reprimanded us for bringing an unfinished can of drink from the beach into the pool area and asked us not to finish drinking it. The fact that there was no Greek music at the bar or pool areas at a Greek resort was disappointing. Long walk to public transport and shops. Being told to pay more for a drink due to an error by the waitress.

Review 12：My fiancee asked twice for coffee 7.00 A.M. and the staff replied go tothe bar which at that moment was closed, for the 4 days that we werethere a electricity black out occured on the island and this 5 starhotel had no generator and not even candles so you can go to your roomsafely. You can get same services for half price and close to the beach.

Review 14：The only thing that would need some extra attention is the breakfast (more fruits, nuts and seeds for healthy options). And the music in public spaces is to much elevator sound. I'm sure they will get this right as the team is young willing and able.
