Reviews for Locanda Antico Borgo
Review 1:Breakfast would gain to have more bread and not only pastries and cakes. No cappucino, but coffee in thermos brought from the landlord who do not live there. Quite scary for women travelling on gheir own.
Review 2:Beautiful and huge rooms an incredible view on the valley. Very good internet connexion. Bear in mind that the owner does not live here and that you will have to call here.
Review 3:Nothing
Review 4:Traditional village, great atmosphere excellent food
Review 5:The location of the small village is very nice, and perfect starting points to visit Tuscany. The hotel is on the main squaer. The owner, Maria-Grazia and her assistant are very friendly, doing everything for the comfort of the guests. The home made dinners are perfect!
Review 6:First of all this B&B is in the most stunning location! Civitella Val di Chiana is a beautiful hilltop town, with stunning views, friendly locals and really lovely community feel. The B&B itself is a very old building and it has a romantic & historic feel to it. We stayed in Suite Tetti with the rooftop terrace and it was well worth the very small additional charge. The view from the terrace was absolutely amazing and you are literally at the highest residential point in the town, simply stunning. The room was really nicely furnished, though my partner who is 6ft 5 struggled occasionally with the sloping ceiling, but this is all part of the history! We found the bed a little hard, but this is down to personal preference. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment. We had an evening meal at the Antico Borgo restaurant which is not part of the B&B, which was absolutely fantastic. If you stay here you must visit!!
Review 7:A limitless noise from room above on tiled floor

Review 9:great place to spend some days in toscany. very clean and large room in tiny village Civitella in val di chianta. the view from the room is just spectacular. lovely owner that makes delicious . cakes for breakfast the fastest internet that we had in toscany.
Review 10:This B&B is right in the middle of the quiet village. Parking can bedone on the square in front of the B&B, however it is a littlechallenge to get there. So if you can walk a few stairs you can alsopark at the public parking just outside the village. Both parkings arefree. Grazia Maria is the friendly owner of the B&B and is willingto help you. Our dog could stay for free and we got a nice big room(bigger than booked, grazie Grazia) which had a nice view on the square.Try the restaurant like we did every night. You won't bedisappointed!
