On The Rock is set 350 feet from the mediaeval Castle in Arco, and offers free Wi-Fi, air-conditioned rooms, and a bar. Hosting permanent exhibition by local artist Dimitri Mitija Alberti, it includes a wellness centre.

Review 1：Bed was a split-bed (two twin beds pushed together). Room was a bit sparse, and could have been more inviting.

Review 4：Excellent service, location and customer care. We arrived very late in the night and were still welcomed with the smile. Breakfast on the terrace was perfect. Stayed just one night, but will come back soon.

Review 5：Comfort double room had 2 single beds pushed together, that separated continually. The room was extremely small for the price, no wardrobe, only external hanging space due to the size of the room. (On a minor note there was an intermittent television signal too)

Review 8：it's located in a town named arco that is 10 mintues drive from the touristic heart of rive del garda. it's location under the catle is amazing and the view from our room was great. the room was very fancy and clean and breakfast was the best we had in our trip. the hotel is located in the old part of Arco and it's a very lovely place. parking is in a public parking very close to the hotel and they give you a permision to put in your car that allows you to park there for free.

It was very clean. Parking is no problem, you can stay at the big public parking for free (they will give you a card at the hotel). Location is in the center of Arco.

Review 25：First of all, Emma's review describes "On The Rock" perfectly, (though we stayed in a std. room with very functional, though a bit tight, shower). The designers attention to details in functionality and decor is admirable. For example, color coordinated "turtle" covers topped bottles instead of bottle caps for ease of accessing fluids. And, yes, the breakfast bar was possibly the best (based on 5-week long travel in northern Italy) given the choices of cheeses, breads, excellent sweet baked goods, and top quality of fresh fruits and berries. (The tomato-mozzarella mushrooms were duly noted as well.) The staff was superbly helpful and provided very good recommendations (Il Ritratto provided great food and value). "On The Rock" was the perfect place to base a biking tour of the Lake Garda area as well as to enjoy the ambience of Arco. Thus, it was easy to "fall in love…" --- the attraction began with the changing landscape as we approached this area from the south and only escalated with our stay at "On The Rock". We have been passing on our high recommendations as we traveled further… Thank you all "On The Rock" staff-members for contributing to our wonderful experience at Arco!

Review 26：Car park is a teeny bit tight - but my hubby managed to get our estate through the alcove (my eyes we shut). But they offer free parking just across the road and bike garage with video security - so not really even a credible dislike.

Review 27：Hotel was stylishly modern, set in a beautiful medieval town with its own fortressed castle (worth a visit). Attention to detail was only matched by Paulo, one of the friendliest of staff - nothing was too much trouble. Superior room was spacious, walk in shower big enough for a bear and two full satellites tv's - one in separate area with a comfy sofa. Breakfast was one of the best continental selections - even down to cherry tomato mozarella mushrooms! Rock (bouldering) climbing room that's hilarious fun and mini 'privately booked' spa to die for. Cute garden with hot tub prefect for after mountain biking, rock climbing or hiking. Excellent choice of local restaurants - our favourite was Il ristratto (put up with the relaxed serving staff) as the quality of food is worth it. All in all if you like the outdoors - On the rock is the perfect base. Highly highly recommend it - certainly confirms all previous ratings - you won't be disappointed.

Review 56：The location is only surpassed by the exceptional staff at 'On the Rock" - we felt like we have arrived at family from the first moment. The place is crisp, clean, modern with wonderful amenities. Breakfast is wonderful with a fabulous machine for coffee, a facility for boiled eggs which does them perfectly, nuts and fresh fruit, not to mention the regular things. Care is taken with everything and we enjoyed our stay tremendously.

Review 58：The hotel owners are exceptionally friendly, attentive, and attempting to find solutions; The location is nice, in the old part of town in walking distance to all restaurants and shops and right below the Arco castle wall; The place is stylish and meticulously clean and well kept; The breakfast buffet is fabulous, not lush, but very nicely prepared and - weather permitting - can be taken on the hotel terrace. THe small garden underneath the castle rock has a nice jacuzzi - highly recommended after a day's climbing!
