Review 1：There were only 2 bathrooms in the villa. One for the master bedroom and the other bathroom for all the remaining 3 bedrooms, not sufficient for big family. The kitchen utensils were too little. No breakfast.

Review 2：The villa location was a walking distance from Jatim Park 1. Breathtaking view from the villa balcony to Mount Arjuna and Panderman.

Review 3：I stayed at the cottage room. Too much mosquito, a few insects, too much noise from noisy motorbikes and loud music from neighbor. The toilet closet was rather dark at night, and it felt less privacy because of the ventilation on the back side of the room. This place really need to improve for better ratings for a given room rate.

Review 5：The property was dirty and smelly when we came. We had to clean cobwebs from the doors. The property smells so bad, almost like wet dog when we entered we had to leave the door open through the night. However the staff cleaned it up the next day after our complaints, however the first night experience was pretty much ruined. We wouldn't recommend this property to anyone.

Review 7：Poor insulation, the noise from the main road can be heard all day from inside the room(open windows since no AC). When I checked in, the room has no towels, broken light & dislocated TV cables. And makes it worst, the booked airport transfer didn't turn up & after had been waiting for more than 30 minutes finally the staff notified me by text message that the car was broken down.Very disorganised & poor services.

Review 10：My kids are very happy with the hot tube in cottage room. The hotel is situated at the center of amusement site: museum angkot,jatim park, kusuma agrowisata, alun alun batu.

Review 11：Just a little thing like : locker, keran untuk wudhu, and you can use "bahasa jawa" for food menu, but give an explanation in indonesia/english. It'll easier for us to choose the menu

Review 14：I'm very pleased with the location. Very strategic. If u want to travel to Museum angkut, JP 1, JP2, BNS, agrowisata even alun alun batu, i suggest u to rent bike. They are less than 15 minutes far from hotel.

Review 15：The room was stunning... But it served no purpose. They had a glass doortoilet and an 'outside' area which looked nice but let in allkinds of bugs and a ridicules amount of noise! There was a corner bath(not a hot tub or jacuzzi) which again was useless as you could onlyfill up a quarter due to lack of hot water. The restaurant wasshockingly poor and there are no real restaurants close enough. Thehotel served no alcohol or breakfast.

I order coffee and got different cup and saucer; portion of meal is too much and a bit slight inconsistency in taste. Once I order noodle that was more to salty, next one was more to sweet.
