Review 1：Prices are always a bit high in this area.
Review 2：Breakfast is great, with a whole range of home made cakes and home made yougurt. The sandwich with cheese and prosciutto is so good. Close to the beach and to the historical village of Capalbio which I strongly recommended to visit.
Review 3：We were there in mid-/end October, so there were no other guests apart from us, which was nice but also felt a bit spooky. No breakfast was prepared for the same reason. After our check-in we never saw the manager/owner again.
