Review 1：The nearby mosque scream out quite a lengthy prayer so loud in the early morning... very disturbing. Luckily, we stay one night only.

The hotel should be re-classified as 7 star , beside the chilling weather , the reception area are spacious & cozy with very freindly & cooperative reciptoionest . It suits any type of travelers, family , couple , honeymooners,,even c . Wide swimming pool , gacuzy , sauna ,playground for kids , mini golf course, what more you could ask for . The food is really delecious & diverse . All in All the hotel is piece of art .

Review 5：The gym was a good size however it's running machines were old and there was no aircon.

Review 7：If you are travelling to Surabaya airport then it will take you 2 hours transportation to arrive to the hotel. Also, Breakfast can be improved.

Review 8：The hotel is great overall, its clean, very safe and the facility has got a lot of activities, located besides many “must visit” places and they have a free drop/pick transportation to these places furniture was excellent & the view is really amazing from the balcony.. staff are very friendly.

Review 9：The toilet choked and caused a backflow of sewage in the toilet. Balcony door in Rm 2209 was faulty & there was a lizard in the room. Towels looked dirty and sink was leaking.

Review 11：Breakfast lacked varieties Free wifi useless They have set aside certain rooms for internet bookings /travel agent vouchers- these rooms are located at the back of the hotel/a fair distance away from lobby and facilities. Slightly disappointed as my mother is in wheelchair and we have notified them before arrival.

Review 19：We stayed 5 nights in Singhasari resort and it was an excellent experience. The resort is perfect for family travellers, especially those with young kids. Another valuable service is free shuttle to all nearby tourist attractions. Will definitely go back

Review 23：We frequently travel to Batu and so far have stayed in more than 20 hotels and villas. Singhasari have everything we need. The room was so clean and big and well decorated in details. Valet parking is free and extremely fast in getting our car delivered. The Kutaraja restaurant served the best Penne Pesto and Oxtail Fried Rice. The restaurant staff, Wito was amazing, very patient, and helpful. We dine in for 2 evenings, everything was perfect. We also like to say thank you so much for reception staff Sulis and account manager Yani, for the incredible smiles that fade our tiredness away. For less than $100 a night, this hotel is divine. We will definitely come back. Soon.

Review 24：Since the hotel is quite big maybe needs more staff to increase the cleanliness quality , especially at coffee shop the table was so dirty , we had to struggling eating our breakfast faster to avoid lots of black big flies coming in to our food

There were 3 of us in the room and they would only give 2 towels. We were woke up at 5:30am by a loud speaker for group staying there instructing them to come for their company activities. I was on vacation, they could have called the rooms by phone
