Review 2：Liked everything, had a fantastic week. Food was excellent, staff were very friendly and would go out of their way to help you. Facilities were brilliant!

Review 5：rude front desk staff room so small that I have bigger storage for Parmesan, poor quality, cheap room furnitures same poor breakfast everyday no WiFi in room fridge hasn't worked car park is 400m away! ski lift is not just steps away, expect far walking both ways no slope in front of hotel not worth the money - overpriced for the service and low quality you get

Review 8：Excellent location - you can basically ski directly in front of the hotel, large room with big closets (very useful for skiing trips), nice pool and outdoor jacuzzi, excellent breakfast and dinner.

Review 9：It is a "smokers" hotel! Smoking allowed in The bar and reception area. Close to kitchen and restaurant. If you as a non smoker want to sit in The bar you have to Go into a non smoker room!
