Reviews for Alaya Resort Ubud
Review 1:There is a construction going on and it is quite noisy at the pool during a day time and so it is difficult to relax. I was also not impressed by the breakfast and food in general. It seems overpriced and not a choice that you could find in other restaurants.
Review 2:Location is great and rooms are comfortable.
Review 3:WiFi tended to cut in and out but not a big problem.
Review 4:The layout of the hotel with the reception at the front and rooms behind set in the tranquil surroundings of the rice paddies. the enormous verandah with day bed. A great spa for massage and treatments. A wide menu catering for vegetarian, vegan, raw foods, etc. A lovely shower with garden ambience. very close to Yoga bard if you want to do classes in yoga, Qi Gong, tai Chi, mediation or healing sessions.
Review 5:Toilet in my room not flushing properly. Hence a bit tricky experience with that. Clean room though but be prepared for shower being in same location as your bedroom....a bit unusual.
Review 6:Location. Very close to town and walking distance to the Monkey forest...
Review 7:Towel looks like old (dirty) Breakfast not so good (pure, just only by order)
Review 8:All was good, perfect location! So kind staff and friendly New hotel, very beautiful, good spa! Nice room!
Review 9:We enjoyed staying at Alaya for the location. The rooms were lovely and clean with a beautiful view over the rice fields. The restaurant was very good, we had most of our meals there. It was my husbands birthday and a special cake was presented along with 'happy birthday' sung by the staff, who were all wonderful. We would recommend staying here and will do so again.
Review 10:I couldn't fault a thing. They are expanding the resort do some construction noise during day but I'm a builder so i thought it was quiet and acceptable.
Review 11:Great location for walking and monkey forest. Fabulous room with great facilities and well laid out. Staff were very friendly and they remembered my name which felt great. Have a very nice stay, if only for the one night.
Review 12:The Christmas music is a little bit too overwhelming. When we returned to the hotel at 10 pm, we could not get any coffee anymore, because the coffeemachine was already cleaned.
Review 13:The staf was very polite and kind. They gave us the feeling that they really wanted to help us with all our wishes. The rooms were big and clean. Breakfast was great. No noise during the night. The Yoga Barn is 5 minutes walk away
Review 14:I think I should mention that as a Londoner my review might be a little biased. I live 100 miles per hour so when I call for someone to pick up my suitcase and it's not done half hour after my call and I miss breakfast (although it was served to me eventually) I carry my own case and my experience is a little upset! However Balinese people live by island time so my advice is go and expect to live by island time!
Review 15:The rooms are beautiful, the bed is comfy. I loved loved loved the food! So yummy! Location was perfect walking distance to everywhere you want to visit in Ubud! The staff were so sweet. They're a little scrilpted on what they say however the fact that they speak such good English to make guests feel comfortable overshadows this!
Review 16:Reconstruction going on next to the pool, but it was minor
Review 17:View on the ricefields (you have to ask), excellent service, amazing breakfast ( a la carte), the room is very comfortable and romantic. Nice pool. Free yoga twice a week. It was just wonderful and perfect for our honeymoon!
Review 18:The service in the restaurant is the slowest we have experienced in quite a long time. Thankfully, the food was good as was the company.
Review 19:This was our second visit to Alaya Resort and it is a solid choice for a good hotel in the area. It will be even better once they expand and add a fitness center. The design theme is well done and location is quite convenient. Make sure to visit Jaen's spa down the road for massage, it's amazing!
Review 20:This was my second hotel in Bali just after noisy Kuta. I have managed to escape from turbulence however it was pretty much easy to reach civilazation. I aprreciated personal touch of the general manager whose personilized letter I found on my bed. Strongly recommend to experience a Dala spa ritual.
Review 21:Some lizards at night in the passage, may be due to proximity to field and greenery.
Review 22:Staff was highly courteous and rooms and facilities were very good.
Review 23:They dont have a non smoking floor section in the hotel, which I did not like. It goes by room. So if your neighbour is a smoker, you will wake up to the smell of cigarette smoke. NOT A FAN! They charge for local calls, not impressed by that either.
Review 24:The rooms were nice, needs more lighting though. The food is very tasty and very reasonable! Most of the staff will go out of their way to accommodate you. Very close to shpos and the monkey forest, which I loved! There is construction on site. Ask for a room away from the noise and you'll be ok. Overall I enjoyed my stay.
Review 25:The location is perfect, the staff are wonderful, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the food is without doubt the best hotel food I've had in Bali, particularly the breakfast :)
Review 26:Internet was slow. Breakfast box was awful they put slices of fruit together with the bread. Of course everything went to waste. Swimming pool was so small and in the afternoon 16h only one area had sun next to the pool.
Review 27:Hotel is stunning Staff are great
Review 28:Genuine warm & friendly customer service. Exceptional General Manager who was most supportive & accommodating during the volcanic disruption in Bali. Outstanding SPA, repeat visitor over past 2 years!
Review 29:They had a hot water problem and were upgrading the nights i stayed. So no hot water in the rooms but they offered me a shower in the day spa instead!
Review 30:Absolutely amazing. Loved everything! I would stay longer here next time!! I couldn't rate this place highly enough.
Review 31:Rice field view obstructed by building works & plenty of noise because of this.
Review 32:Well appointed rooms. Cheerful , helpful staff Lovely pool & spa
Review 33:Great location, large clean and well appointed rooms will excellent amenities, wonderful breakfasts and a first class spa and restaurant. To top all this, the staff are the best I have ever experienced, so well trained, always smiling and ready to go the extra miles to ensure your satisfaction. Highly recommended.
Review 34:The dispensers of the body gel, body lotion, needs to be changed. The towels are old. The swimming pool close at 7pm, which is early.
Review 35:The staff really nice and helpful, especially the chef, Mr Madi, he is caring a lot about the clients satisfaction. The rooms are nice & spacious. The resort & spa are beautiful
Review 36:The hotel is expanding it's size and facilities so there were building works going on behind a large bamboo screen right by the pool and cutting off the wonderful views. We were out and about most of the time but when we returned in the afternoons for a bit of R&R by the pool, it wasn't as tranquil as it could have been. The hotel hadn't notified us of the work being carried out, perhaps because we booked through booking.com and not with the hotel directly. But by way of compensation, they were offering a 25% discount on all their spa treatments which we obviously took advantage off :D and it didn't ruin our holiday but worth a mention to anyone about to travel there.
Review 37:Located at the bottom of Monkey Forest Road the hotel is within easy walking distance of the fabulous shopping, the tastiest restaurants ever and of course Monkey Forest itself. The staff were superb and though the hotel sits on a busy road (all the roads are busy) the layout meant that all the rooms stretched out the back facing onto some paddy fields and with no discernible noise from the roads. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept on, firm but with a big squashy soft topping and the rooms were extremely comfortable and attractive in traditional Balinese style. Fabulous spa and lovely pool also. The food at the hotel was excellent but with all the dining options in Ubud, we ate dinner there only once - the breakfasts were fabulous and table service, not buffet style which meant everything was prepared and cooked fresh. This is the third time members of our family have stayed there (my Dad and two nieces have visited this year also) and all returned with high recommendations. If ever I return to Ubud, I will most certainly stay at the Alaya for its comfort, lovely rooms and level of service from the fabulous staff.
Review 38:Waiting time for breakfast was more than would be expected considering the price of this hotel. I am now aware however that you can opt to have breakfast delivered to your room. Free hotel shuttle is not as it appears and the driver has other responsibilities and as such is not always available so just be aware of this.
Review 39:The majority of staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are nicely laid out, beds are extremely comfortable and the breakfasts are great.
Review 40:The stool in the room was sent for maintainance. So no seat for 2 days.
Review 41:Staff is super nice! Especially the staff working in the restaurant! Great dining! Variety of food tastes great and price is reasonable. During my stay, I didn't want to go out to eat at all. Free afternoon tea adds better impression for the hotel. Spa is really good. Decoration is very detailed! Enjoy every part of the hotel! Location is convenient. Super market is next door.
Review 42:The staff were very welcoming, the bed was extremely comfortable, the view over the rice paddies was lovely, the food was delicious, the pool was in a beautiful garden, and the spa was amazing.
Review 43:The food
Review 44:The spa is amazing Staff are friendly The resort is nice, clean and comfortable The spa receiptioinst friendly & caring Convenient location Spacious rooms
Review 45:The taxi's in ubud
Review 46:Everything was 1st class, the only problem for some people might be the building works next door. It didn't both me to much. The breakfast is one of the best.
Review 47:The hotel is currently constructing new rooms\ facilities however this was relatively quiet and didn't disturb us too much. There was a feature area in the bathroom with rocks on the floor and a large ornamental planter- feel this is a waste of space and could be used for a bathtub for example.
Review 48:Staff were extremely welcoming and friendly and always eager to help and check you were OK. Hotel was beautiful, room was stunning and very comfortable with spacious balcony. Felt very luxurious.
Review 49:I would improve the bathroom facilities , more comfortable sink to use for two people.
Review 50:Friendly, professional staff, excellent restaurant and exellent spa, very good evening live performances.
Review 51:The construction next door was loud and could be heard at the pool.
Review 52:Great location near restaurants, shops, and monkey forest! Rooms were beautiful and the bed was extremely comfortable, we were dreaming of it days after we left. The staff were very attentiveand thd spa was a good value for being at a resort. We would definitely return to this hotel net time we are in Ubud.
Review 53:An observation Bly is that if the hotel is busy, there may not be sufficient sunbeds by the pool but no issue during our stay
Review 54:Lovely & quaint small hotel with wonderfully attentive staff - excellent rooms/ restaurant -
Review 55:There was nothing to not like!!
Review 56:The staff were amazing, the whole place was extremely clean and the food and drinks were superb. Super comfy beds and pillows as well.
Review 57:Very expensive transfers and transport. Food could be improved if being picky but is by no means bad. Wifi could be improved.
Review 58:Wonderful resort and staff. Great rooms and beautiful pool. Best bathtub ever. Great location. Gorgeous spa. Enormous breakfast selection and complimentary afternoon tea.
Review 59:It is located bang slap in the middle of Ubud town centre and it doesn't have the wow factor of some of the other rice filed view reports
Review 60:The staff were absolutely super! From the check in to the description of the room, they were flawless. the breakfast was top class as well. The driver who took us around for a tour was super
Review 61:Really no downsides. It's not cheap, and it's around 20 minutes from Ubud Palace, but there's a shuttle any time you want one. Bathroom is integrated with the rest of the room with only a privacy curtain, so may be less suitable for those who aren't comfortable with their roommate seeing (and hearing!) all.
Review 62:Excellent staff and facilities, nice pool, rooms are gorgeous and the food was very nice. Also excellent coffee, which is important to me! Service was excellent. Can't fault it.
Review 63:1. we can hear the noise from the fan from the room next door... 2. The construction site outside can be a little bit noisy in the morning
Review 64:1. great location, close to Ubud center but you can still enjoy the piece of quiet 2. DALA SPA in the resort is very good, although a bit pricey but I think it's worthy!
Review 65:Nothing.. slightly over priced but then this is Bali
Review 66:The hotel is well located. Minutes to Monkey forest reserve and adjacent to yoga barn. Lovely breakfast and I loved how they wrapped the mee goreng in banana leaf.
Review 67:If you book via booking.com for a "pay now" price - the hotel won't actually take the money from your account so you will have to pay upon arrival. Apart from that - it was an awesome stay. Tom & Maria
Review 68:The hotel rooms are lovely, the staff friendly and the spa is brilliant. You have to try the couples cooking lesson and market trip, one of my favorite things from my whole time in Bali.
Review 69:This was the second time we stayed at Alaya and we really loved it, especially the staff. They are so helpful and super friendly. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms big with lots of wardrobe space
Review 70:Friend had a electrical fire in the room and initial buckets of water was a little scary. My friend is very commanding and would not let them in until found a fire extinguisher. Could have been tragic.they were excellent after no complaints
Review 71:The staff are lovely transport around ubud can be organized as available.food is amazing and the daily live music is fabulous.we enjoyed many art experience s and would recommend studio peak silver Smith to make your own jewelry
Review 72:Food served could be warmer or hotter. They normally come lukewarm to cold.
Review 73:Room was very clean, lovely view of the padi field and ducks in them. Staff were very polite and delivered very good service.
Review 74:The bloody service was just slow at mealtimes. Nobody wants to wait 20minutes for a coffee. But they're forgiven because of theirpleasantness
Review 75:This was a truly magical experience in.a wonderful setting
Review 76:Wifi is a joke but its the same across Bali. Weak connection and god awful speeds. One major issue, there was a fire during our stay in one of the rooms. Yet no alarm rang or anything. The staff actually tried to use water to fight an electric fire. I woke up due to hearing comotion outside. they quikcly had it under control but seriously, a fire can spread in minutes, specially in these wooden/bamboo hotels. They need to install a central fire alarm and evacuate all customers as a precaution and instruct their personnel how to fight certain fires.Perhaps equip more mobile powder extinguishers.
Review 77:Great service and we had an excellent tour organised by Alaya. Wonderful breakfast with a lot of healthy options. Great coffee. Good Central location to explore Ubud. You can walk to the monkey forest and most other stuff.
Review 78:The staff was available but not flexible and helpfull in some cases. The activities organized by the hotel are with no reason more expensive, always, vs the pffer opposite door. I do not like when the price is higher just becaused offered to a 5 start customer. The hotel staff should be more carefull. Book activities outside - save until 50%.
Review 79:Very nice interior design and rooms. Very clean, good breakfast and gorgeous SPA.
Review 80:Wifi kept dropping out.
Review 81:Great location in central Ubud. Terrific restaurant and wonderful staff. The spa and the staff there are fantastic. So relaxing; a really special experience.
Review 82:Nothing. I love everything about this hotel!
Review 83:I love everything about this hotel. From the staffs reception, to the facilities, pool, restaurant, and foremost the room. If you looking for place to relax, calm and quiet, this is the place. The staffs are very welcoming, and comforting. Their smile makes your day even brighter and happier. Very professional, speak very good English and very very much helpful. We stayed at the Alaya Room, room upstairs it was beautiful with a view of paddy field. I love the balcony, I eat my apple pie at 10pm and it was the best pampering myself in Bali, with a fresh breeze of paddy air, and quiet. I love the tub inside the room, they also have shower. Room size is huge, lots of place to put your things, very refreshing smells and beautifully decorated with Balinese style. Go for it!
Review 84:WiFi was spotty, at best. Would have been nice for my arthritic knees to know that there was no elevator on property before I accepted a 3rd floor room.
Review 85:Great location. Lovely spa. Friendly staff.
Review 86:Drinks/ coffee were constantly delayed unless ordering cocktails. Very minor criticism
Review 87:Staff were amazing, property extremely clean and attentive. Complimentary afternoon tea and breakfeast were great. Day spa was also very amazing experience
Review 88:The friendly staff were always willing to go the extra mile, immaculate rooms, scrumptious breakfast and relaxing afternoon tea overlooking beautiful garden. Great live entertainment at night
Review 89:Internet was terrible, no gym, construction noise is bad, found breakfast menu quite confusing as it kept changing, bathroom isn't insulated and is loud, shower drain didn't drain properly.
Review 90:The staff were nice, breakfast was nice, location is handy
Review 91:This is not a resort or even a four-star hotel. It is simply a hotel in the center of Ubud. The view is not as in the website (depending on the rooms). My room had the view directly in front of a supermarket and restaurant. The hotel is overpriced for what it offers (basic rooms with very little amenities). Some of the staff were helpful, while some were untrained.
Review 92:If you want to stay in the heart of Ubud, then this hotel is very central. Breakfast is good.
Review 93:I booked this hotel because of a review about the amazing breakfast. It was ok but nothing special. Four different breakfast styles (American, healthy etc) your choice then of the breakfast main dictated the remainder. Bathroom is weird - only a curtain separates the shower from the beds so awkward for twin share.
Review 94:A great starting point in Ubud. Well located directly between The Yoga Barn and Coco-Mart on a street lined with a good variety of shops and cafes. Modern clean room and comfortable bed. Nice shower with large rain head.
Review 95:Nothing
Review 96:Everything was perfect. Absolutely worth the money and more. Especially loved the live music in the evenings, the restaurant (food was amazing - recommend the grilled tuna), real espresso coffee, toiletries (beautiful smelling and great quality) and Sri, one of the staff members in the restaurant who was just a delight. The hotel has an amazing family vibe amongst the staff.
Review 97:Some of the reception staff didn't speak English very well and communication was difficult.
Review 98:The room and facilities were beautiful, clean and the service was excellent.
Review 99:Wifi connection
Review 100:A great spot to enjoy your vacation. Best breakfast we ever had! Ever! Lunch and dinner worth trying too. Free afternoon tea was delightful. The resort is in the town, next to other shops and restaurants but it's also quiet. Staff is nice and helpful. Rooms are spacious with huge bed and generous balcony with a rice field view. We will definitely come back here.
Review 101:This place is perfect in every way. Beautiful resort impeccable service . Great location in the heart of Ubud but very quiet you would never think you amongst the shops and on the main road . Love the design of Alaya . Rooms are gorgeous and absolutely spotless with great view of rice paddies . You definitely get your monies worth . Food is delicious and great selection to choose from. Food is extremely reasonable in price and presented beautifully. Huge selection of breakfast serving any coffee or tea you desire . Free afternoon tea every afternoon of erring Indonesian cakes with any coffee and tea . Gorgeous garden and pool area. The spa is a must to visit . Wow what great rooms and amazing atmosphere . Thank you to all staff at Alaya loved my stay . We will be back
Review 102:WiFi was unbearably slow and kept disconnecting. Like dial-up in the old days. But if you're in Bali - you should be out and about anyway, so maybe this should be in the Pros list, because I would still recommend this hotel to anyone. And I'm definitely going back! ;)
Review 103:Everything! Location, decor, warm and friendly and immediately attentive staff. Service was impeccable and always with a smile. The room is one of the most beautiful I've ever stayed in with large balconies that overlook rice paddies in the back. Better than some USD$500 hotel rooms! If it's available - get the room with the tub. Every single dish I ordered via room service or in the restaurant was fresh and delicious. Breakfast was included - even for room service - was an amazing spread that always included fresh bread and fruit assortments along with juice and coffee/tea. Favorite part of my day. ;) Live music Thursday-Sunday nights, nothing crazy, mostly nice acoustic.
Review 104:The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant is of high quality, with balinese specialities but also very fusion. Breakfast time was our favourite moment of the day: great food (every day something different) with a lovely view on the rice terraces. We got a nice welcome with a decorated room and a chocolate cake for our honeymoon, which we appreciated a lot. I definitely recommend this hotel!
Review 105:We loved everything there is to love about this resort, the people are fabulous and very helpful and obliging, the beds have to be the most comfortable ever, the pool is lovely and the outlook from our window over rice paddies was gorgeous, supermarket with everything next door, withing walking distance to everything...just fabulous !!! only one thing wrong, we only had 3 days, a few more would have been superb :)
Review 106:Faultless
Review 107:I checked out at 12 noon but my plane home wasn't until that evening. The spa staff were happy for me to had a shower free later that afternoon and I could leave my bags in storage until then. I was very impressed with this.
Review 108:The corridor walls were thin and you could here noise sometimes
Review 109:-better than expected -great location -staff was very helpful and friendly each time -very nice resort with beautiful gardens and pool -spacious , modern, clean room -extra confortable bed (2m wide) -breakfast was varied, with choices from traditional to American -nice complementary afternoon tea/coffee and cookies
Review 110:The reception area and one end of the dining area is close to the road and so can be a bit noisy. It's convenient as it is walking distance to town but if you want total peace then a hotel out away from the town may suit you better (although you'd need to take taxis). It's not the cheapest place and is definitely a boutique hotel rather than a huge luxury resort so facilities like the pool were quite small.
Review 111:The best thing about this part is the service which was flawless. The rooms are huge and comfortable with nice touches such as daily fresh fruit, water and nice toiletries and a nightly turn down service. Free afternoon tea was also a nice touch. It easy to walk to the yoga barn and places in the town. The decor and style were beautiful. Breakfast was excellent.
Review 112:We were consistently greeted with genuine sincerety by all the hotel staff! We are so appreciative of the suggestions and help we were given by several staff members. The highlight of our stay in Ubud was our visit and day tour with Wayan of his beautiful village! Thank you Wayan and to ALL the very professional and friendly staff members!
Review 113:Just the pool hours, and the privacy of toilet.
Review 114:Everything was perfect. A little bit more privacy on the toilet would have been wonderful (only separated by curtain) but everything else was beautiful. Oh and longer pool opening time would have been great. Jumping in at 7pm and was told it's closed. But staff on reception service were above and beyond
Review 115:Wifi connectivity was a bit poor in some spots.
Review 116:The room was spacious with a good balcony. Huge bath & separate shower. Very nice restaurant with a la carte breakfast which was very good. Good location near shops and other restaurants. Hotel rooms are set far from the road so they are quiet.
Review 117:The entier experience was great
Review 118:The resort was lovely, beautiful feel, staff was super friendly and helpful. My room was lovely and the balcony opened right onto the pool area, i found the attention to detail in every aspect great and would highly recommend a stay here. The resort is right in town so great to be abel to walk around and explore - close to restaurants, shops and a Yoga studio next door.
Review 119:-it isn't a 9 pointer as reviews point you at - so a high bar of expectations -Only 30 percent of rooms might have rice field views from balcony, we did get despite request while booking - just okayish staff service - don't dine here, especially the cakes from cafe
Review 120:-breakfast -location - although it shouldnt be counted as something close to rice fields (etc) -newer hotel and gives you a good mix of an ambience somewhere between city type of hotels and rice fields - pretty good cafe and coffee
Review 121:Me and my fiancé got engaged on the rice paddies on this property. The staff are amazing and the property is magnificent. No complaints at all.
Review 122:Nothing!
Review 123:Request for two single beds met! We got a room quite near the pool, good green view. Curtain up toilet/wash up area is interesting. Just not sure why the pebble area is decorated that way instead of a bathtub, seem a little waste of space. Tea time was a value-add surprise! Dirty Duck Diner is just next door!
Review 124:No negative experiences of any kind.
Review 125:There wasn't ANYTHING we disliked or would change about this property! The staff was beyond friendly & efficient. Great food & spa services. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Loved seeing rice fields right next door & having our own balcony.
Review 126:Bread was not very good and room lacked reading lights. The rooms are not really villas.
Review 127:Location near monkey forest. Staff. Room layout and esthetic touches - marble, pebbles and wood. View over rice fields and lovely garden.
Review 128:Didn't like the broken soap dispensers in the Shower and Sink.... beautiful smelling soaps and lotions I do support, just that they keep refilling them and they are past their shelf life with the pumps being broken etc.... not a big complaint I realise this.... I was very disappointed that in one of our four night stays, we had noticed that their was room service until 11:00..... both of us where feeling a bit to tired to be bothered to going out as well as it was raining.... so we ordered room service just after Ten and was told that they had all gone home, and their was absolutely nothing that they could do.... but apologies .... ended up discovering the Awesome Thai restaurant next door with a live band.... so, just saying!!
Review 129:Loved the location!! Our Room was over looking the Pool, at the back of the Property... amazing river views beside the Spa, also worth a visit to be spoiled!!
Review 130:We liked everything!
Review 131:The pool area was beautiful, location was great, stunning views from our balcony over the rice paddies and we loved the stylish feel of the room. Service was extremely friendly. Shuttle service was very useful.
Review 132:Pool. Slow Wifi, perhaps a wired internet option will be best!
Review 133:Proximity to Yoga Barn, which is our whole purpose of this trip. Alaya Resort provides free Yoga Classes at 4pm everyday - however due to timing around midday we were unable to experience it.1 and half hours from Bali Airport, we were delighted to hear of our room upgrade after arriving from hectic Taxi Journey from the airport. Kudos to Mila from Guest Services who was helpful!
Review 134:The Alaya Resort, Ubud is a beautiful, serene hotel in an excellent location with a view of some rice fields. Staff are friendly and professional. Transfers from the airport available on request. Alaya is on a street lined with restaurants and shops, an interesting 15 min walk to the market and palace area. A excellent supermarket is conveniently next door.
Review 135:if I had to get picky... The bathroom area as grand and beautiful as they are.... located outside, mozzies at night and the heat while getting ready during the day. Not super close to the main drag, but not far to walk either to the Restaurant Strip or in the other direction Potato Head... and wonderful places near by, like Sarong. Also, the beach is about a 5 to 10 min walk.... not much there any more, and beach not clean enough or claim enough to swim.
Review 136:The amazing value for this place!! If you are with your family or honeymoon this place will suit everyone.. Your breakfast is served to you in your private kitchen/dinning room inside your Villa... at whatever time you want, pre ordered the day before. We had the larger suite and the adult children with their partners had the entry level Villa which is only 100m smaller, but with everything we had! Absolutely awesome, even enjoyed the wet season down pour 75% of our stay, but loved soaking up the sun when she did appear with or without proper pool attire as nobody is around! We will be coming back!!
