Review 1：Shame that such a beautiful hotel has a very dirty pool, and the delicious sky bar not offer what is on the menu, end the most common beverage in the Philippines unnecessarily, the internet was bad and awkward. Finally the fine bathroom flooded. Unless these simple easy-arranged wrong, I had given much higher score,

Review 6：Personnel in the coffee area needs to be more friendly. I was disappointed with the staff that gave me a body scrub. She was not accommodating, did not botther to explain what the next steps are. Don't assume that everybody knows what's going on. Needs to improve on customer service.

Review 9：The staff was excellent, but this is true of any establishment in the Philippines. The hotel spa was staffed by knowledgable and gifted people. The hotel restaurant had a varried menu that was well executed. There Thai menu I especially enjoyed. My room was clean but to small. I hit the wall mounted TV with my shoulders every time I walked by because the area between the bed and TV was less than my shoulder width.

Review 10：We ate the cup noodles from the minibar and it was expired. I could hear water flowing from the room above us.

Food in main restaurant was below par!Service in rooftop lounge was poor. Staff was noisy in hallway early inthe am (before 8am). Housekeeping was sporadic with supplies (I.E.,nofloor mats, no soap, no extra toilet paper). I had to call on my cellphone to get supplies because no room phone. Small room with no pace toput suitcases.

Review 80：The staff is bizarre. They are kind sometimes and rude others. They have not been trained in the customer-is-always-right way of doing things, and I'm not saying that because I made unusual or impractical requests (I did not). In the restaurant, any suggestion towards a substation (of rice for potatoes for example) is treated with confusion. When a friend's order was taken down incorrectly, they refused to fix it and brought what seemed to be the manager with the order sheet out to point at what they had written down, as opposed to fixing the order. I booked a massage 8 hours in advance, and when I went later to receive my massage the "zpa" was eerily empty, despite me waiting for ten minutes, calling out and knocking on a closed door behind the zpa curtain. The hotel has a lot of potential, and it could be the nicest place in town to stay if not for a lack of courteousness and coordination on behalf of some of the staff.

Review 81：The mattress was very comfortable, and the room was clean and inviting. The comfort and food quality at the hotel is outstanding for the area.

Review 82：The wi-fi was extremely slow. The reason for my stay there was 100% wi-fi. The slow wi-fi caused me to waste about 80% of my productive time. (I had come up from Balangiga) After tolarating the slow wi-fi for too long, I went to the desk and complained. The person at the desk apologized and said that they were aware of the problem and that they were rebooting the wi-fi server. After a while the wi-fi speed improved, but by then it was time to sleep.

Review 84：Stayed at the XYZ for 5 days before Super Typhoon Yolanda struck the area. I am sure that they will rebuild and open again and I will stay there whenever I travel to Tacloban. The rooms were clean and up to date and the staff was excellent.
