Review 1：Wi-Fi could be faster.
Review 2：Location perfect; 45 seconds from the beach. Large bath in very good condition, well functioning air con! Very friendly and helpful staff providing parking in front of hotel.
Review 3：the owner of hotel not very pleasant gay had a problem for example had a problem with additional pillow for baby, with vegetables on breakfast. The bigger part of hotel is closed due to we think broked rooms and so on, hotel looks like "ghost hotel". It is hotel for blue collars workers not for people which would like to spend time in Italy.

Review 5：Hotel Byron was closed for many years and recently reopened under new owners. The hotel is worn down with outdated decor (mostly in the common areas) though you can tell the current owners are making investments. At present time I would put it at a 2* rating. The beds and pillows are not very comfortable, particularly if you have any neck/back injuries. Everyone was polite, helpful, and friendly but if you're an American you may find your reception not as warm as it is in the US/Canada (cultural difference, nothing to do with nationality).
Review 6：The location is great, an easy walking distance to Lerici city center and near San Terenzo. Beaches both public and private are abundant. The rooms have new bathrooms and have been recently updated (save the bed linens...). Most of the staff are pleasant and helpful. Wifi is free and of good quality (hard to find in Italy!).

Review 12：The hotel is in a very nice place but unfortunately, the whole building is falling apart, not very clean (and funny smells in the corridors), the water is yellow from the old pipes and looks like the last general maintenance they did was back in the 60s. I must say the staff was nice but still, not acceptable conditions for the unbelievable price we had to pay for a night.
Review 13：The hotel is rather run down. The decoration of the main lobby/reception area is dingy and depressing. WiFi worked OK in the lobby but reception was very poor in the bedroom. Although right on the sea, the view was blocked by large trees. The beach opposite was closed. The traffic noise outside the bedroom was awful so we had to keep the windows closed at night which made the room very hot, but the air conditioning didn't work. The rather spartan room was large and clean but was poorly equipped. No long mirror, no coat hangers with trouser bars, only one socket for charging cameras, phones etc. Although equipped with cable TV there were no foreign language channels for non-Italian guests. The hotel claims to be 3 Star but doesn't warrant more than 2 Star. We were booked for 7 nights but we left after 5.
Review 14：Good location by the sea on the Gulf of Poets. Short seaside walk into the centre of Lerici, and a slightly longer walk into San Terenzo, both of which had a good range of restaurants
Review 15：Initially disappointed on arrival when entering the Reception area which seemed a little dingy. Just a fresh coat of paint in some areas would transform this hotel.
Review 16：The room was large and quiet with a huge balcony and terrace on which we were served an adequate breakfast during our short stay. The linen was clean with towels being changed daily. The staff were very helpful and obliging. Sandy beach right across the small road and very pretty and relaxing Lerici centre an easy stroll away not too crowded and with good shopping facilities.
Review 17：anyone who will decide otsedne in this hotel must be prepared for a lot of noise which comes from traffic from one of the main roads which is in front of the hotel. We have a room on a first floor but without balcony, which was very disappointed for us.
