Review 1：no trolley for delivering goods. room don't have standard hotel room (no hairdryer, electric socket for shaver). 2 times having bad card key.

Review 2：awesome and strategic. beautiful view and surely big hotel. they treat customer with good care. dinner with live music.

Review 3：The noise. From other guests and from the staff cleaning from early morning. And they they have plased a f gog kyy in the middle of the room area. Make sound from 430 to 530.

Review 7：Very poor WiFi, even after they changed our room. We changed room 3 times, first because of coachroach at #818, then #817 and realized the out of range of WiFi connection, changed to #801 with WiFi connection but poor and even with coachroach. We asked staff to handle coachroach in our room.

Review 9：No fridge in the room so we moved to a more expensive cottage. It was very old and well used, the fridge wasn't working and it's very old, the kettle had a cockroach in it, lounge was dirty, the beds well it was disgusting the mattress protector had blood on it and full of other stains so did the sheets they look like they haven't been washed they had stains on them the blankets were dirty it looks like it hadn't been washed same with the towels I was so disgusted with it all I went to receiption and asked for my money back I paid cash for the 3 days and extra for upgrade was on credit card which they had prossed for the 3days and couldn't refurse the credit card so they gave me cash. I can't believe that you Booking.com graded this FOUR STARS.

Review 11：WiFi connection is really poor. Pillows are too uncomfortable. Hot water is too limited if its for 2 people. TV cable is not clear and less channel. Restaurant is very expensive and the food wasn't nice,do not go there! We had free pass to karoke and we cant use it, karaoke room didn't work at all. Agrowisata pick up fruit its just for 2 apple, u can't pick up more!. Tooth brush n tooth paste is not nice, its already open. Swimming pool is not so nice, too many chemical in the water.

Could not get the right temperature for a warm bath so we had to buy a small pail to mix hot & cold water ourselves for a comfortable shower. The room we got was old and the toilet was anything but comfortable for use. Breakfast spread was pathetic and full of flies as the food was uncovered.

Review 41：1 . The rooms are not equipped with Air Condition while it is so hot at day time. 2 . Lifts are not available for 3 storeys building . 3 . With no AC in each room makes it so hot inside even at night.
