Review 2：Staff were very unhelpful at checkout, room was not very clean and very tired. Dogs barked all night so got very little sleep.

Review 10：This hotel could be so much better . Staff no understanding of English at reception or elsewhere. Not helpful.We needed breakfast at 6am when dining room "opened " for breakfast so we could get to airport to check in. Dining room doors opened at 6 but no part of breakfast either out or ready! Food put out slowly and bit by bit. Waitress could not understand a single word of English in order to take coffee order. Got it all wrong. Very frustrating. Room just OK. Mould around bath sealant.Could not angle the shower. One of window blinds stuck down. No chairs on the small patio.Fridge not working. Quite nice pool and sitting area but absolutely no facility to get a drink there. Asked in reception if there was a bar and might as well have been asking in a language from another planet.Really couldn't care less. With big staff shake up and some refurbishment this could be a convenient and could place to stay before an early flight. As it is,would NOT recommend. Try elsewhere.

Review 12：before ordering a taxi check the fares. we were charged a minimum rate to the airport of €35 euros. It's about four miles.

The room's airconditioning was non-existent, thewifi- non-existent, the restaurant served one of the worst mealswe've had after 6 months travelling through South America andEurope. And it cost €52! Never again. Oh and despite the hotel onlybeing 10 mins from the airport, the transfer is still €25 one way whichis sadly still €10 better than a tax.
