Review 1：The owner's son has no idea what "professionalism" and "hospitality" means. It would be better to find another job. Evenmore, the cancel policy was not adhered. Perhaps, it would be better to rewrite the policy, in order to be all more clear.
Review 2：Everything was so clean and tidy. The owner can speak english and german fluently, an advantage in Italy, where no one speaks english... The breakfast was good and healthy.
Review 3：It was very hot and the hotel does not have ac. The hostess brought us an extra fan to try to help. We couldn't leave the windows open because it was very loud and cigarette smoke comes right into the window (there's a restaurant below the room). We left after one night when we booked two and just ate the money.

Review 5：The room was a bit loud at night, due to the trains passing by and the church bells, but nothing highly annoying. The bed was not very comfortable. Generally, it's no luxury and one shouldn't expect it, but nothing was missing.
Review 6：Fantastic host, who spoke great German. Very discreet with service and extremely helpful. On one night, we were offered a sandwich, even though the kitchen has already been closed for a while. Besides, the food was fabulous :) The hotel is located just next to the train station, which makes it a perferct base for excurscions to the Cinque Terre Finally - Bonassola is a warm little village with fantastic climate - at times we actually enjoyed it more than the crowded Cinque Terre. We were also offered parking at 5€ per day - had to walk a little uphill, but not an issue.
