Review 1：Awful dinner on first night with terrible service and poor food. Had planned to eat at hotel but had to go out for the other 4 evenings so not very relaxing. Unhelpful staff.

Review 3：The price of our stay has risen by 33%from last year. I have booked our 12-night stay in January, asking for a specific superior room. Not having heard otherwise we were surprised to be allocated a different room, small with not enough space for our luggage , with wardrobe big enough for may be weekend necessities. It was pointed out to me that the room I asked for got booked by someone else earlier. I accept that might have been the case, but I should have been notified and I would have acted accordingly:either upgraded our accommodation or adjust our dates. I didn't think that the offer of a complementary massage offered as a sweetener was either appropriate or enough. So altogether with the view that we paid 800 Euro more than last year for a very inferior room, with poor air-con and almost non-existing wi-fi left us less then impressed. The intensive PR campaign to attract new customers is highly commendable, but at the same time the place totally ignore the old, loyal ones. For that reason we are not going to come back.

Review 6：The hotel design overall - the rooms, space to sit, pool and lunch area and setting in the midst of olive groves with a million birds singing - the staff were great too especially the manager very warm and helpful in us making the most of each day.

Review 7：An incredible wonderful place with excellent facilities and fantastic staff. We felt very welcome and relaxed with our child and friends. The staff was always happy to help and accommodate our requests. Beautiful decoration and very nice gardens!

Review 9：Remote location is second to none, beautiful hotel in lovely countryside, layout of this place that was carefully thought out provided us with perfect relaxing atmosphere. Visited Parco Nationale della Maremma,with its lovely walks and nature tracks, interesting flora and fauna. We enjoyed the restaurant, breakfast is a very generous spread from fresh pastries, fruits,cheeses,yogurts,juices, to eggs, fresh mozzarella, bacon or prosciuto.All Staff are very obliging and the Manageress Barbara is just amazing! Loved our 12 day stay there and already thinking of going back next year.

Review 11：Location, naturally. We have been to Tuscany 8 times and this was the best and we would say it was due to the great staff..all staff, at Locanda Rossa. We lost a pair of sunglasses and they found them after we left...took the time and money and sent them to us.
