Review 2：-English fluent staff -Very well equipped common areas (including kitchen, dinning room, computer room, beverage machine...etc) -Clean and large twin bedroom with private shower room (promoted due to slack season)

Review 4：The room was very clean and cosy. The quality of bathroom was very good. Tge staff was very friendly abd spoke enflish. The location is close to the station and the centre. I liked it a lot.
Review 5：Patty & Sophia were accommodating on our arrival time and very helpful getting us directions to the violin school where we had a tour. They called the bus and taxi to help us figure out how to best get to the train early the next day. Beautiful, clean, AC, hospitable... And terrific value! Thanks for everything!
Review 6：The property was a little further out from the town centre than we thought but still close enough to walk. The limited reception hours made it hard for us to best utilise the facility. We had to drag our bags around town until opening time which was unpleasant on a hot day.
Review 7：The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The air conditioning worked. We only stayed one night but would have happily stayed longer if our itinerary allowed.

Review 11：very friendly staff, quiet room, the hostel is something between a hostel and a hotel, 15min walk to the train station and 10min walk to the Duomo and the wonderful small historic city centre with all the violin maker workshops. We had s short but great stay!
Review 12：Check-in is between 5-9 pm. This is too late. Also, when I arrived at 5 pm I found the door locked. The receptionist was 10 minutes late. The door is right on the sidewalk, and there is no place to sit while waiting and no shade.
Review 13：The room is comfortable and clean. It is simple but had all I needed, including private bathroom. No breakfast is served, but there is a kitchen and nice dining area.
Review 14：A small detail: charging the cellphone on the night table requires unplugging the bedside lamp because there are no other free plugs ;)

Review 16：Such a nice place. Helpful staff, small but comfy rooms, the historical centre is a pleasant 10 minutes walk, cheap breakfast (not included) to be had in the adjoining bakery-cum-coffee-brewer which is a treat in itself.

Review 18：The room is comfortable. There is a kitchen with oven, microwave and fridge. Perfect for family to stay and they offer pots, spoons, cups, coffee powder, oil and salt.. Etc. brilliant place and service. Staff are friendly and approachable.

Review 42：Parking is a bit tricky outside the hotel. It is free on via brescia, but very busy and not also obvious where parking permitted and where it isn't.
