Review 1：The town was completely dead when we were here- barely any restaurants open etc but if I was to have been there in the middle of Summer it would have been great. No wifi though which a hotel of this nature really should have.

Review 4：Very nice location on the beach. The lady at the reception on arrival was very friendly and helpfull. We ask on booking.com for a sea view and a balcony and we get it :)

Review 5：The majority of the staff were helpful however not always the most accommodating. We found on the most part, basic common curtesy like smiling and being generally approachable were not always on show. One waiter in the hotel restaurant for the evening meal was particularly rude. When we asked for a menu he gave it us in a very brash fashion and when asked basic questions about the price listing, didn't have time to answer even though it as very early and practically empty. When we decided to eat elsewhere for the evening he asked us in a very rude fashion 'why'.

Review 6：Very good location on the San Benedetto strip. Good sized room and bathroom with good airconditioning system. Very friendly young waiter at breakfast, all other staff would benefit from watching how he works. Constantly friendly and approachable and always able to offer a smile. A lot more than can be said for the remaining waiters. Liked the roof spa, very relaxing and good clean facilities. Wouldn't hurt to change the CD every now and again.

Review 11：Staff in the hotel was very friendly and helpful except a Russian girl Alyona at reception who never smiled and continued to speak bad English with us, though saw our passports. With Russian tourists she immediately switched to her native language. All other people were very helpful and polite.

Review 19：Hotel is great. Sea view is okay, as for standard room. Spa on the top floor and big and comfortable pool will make me stay for the next time I visit San benedetto. The only issue is WiFi is sometimes unstable but it don't make a big problem. And the hotel is made in some sort of classical style, while I prefer more modern interiors. But that's only my opinion and nevertheless the hotel is very good.

Review 22：The wifi wasn't very good. We just couldn't stay connected. Asit was late the hotel said they couldn't do anything that nightbut they moved us to another room on the morning. The wifi in thatroom was much better but still only in certain areas of the room wasconnection possible. Also the bathroom in the first room was so smallyou had to turn sideways to fit between the door and the sink! 2Ndroom much better.

Review 23：It was off peak so there was no crowd. We had been traveling aroundEurope for 6 weeks, living out of backpacks and we just wanted a beachresort with a pool to relax at. We randomly chose this thru booking.comand were generally pleased. Most restaurants had closed for the seasonbut there was one very close still open. The beach and pool were goodand so was the weather.
