Review 1：Level of heating was very low at my arrival at 22 pm; I asked for additional woollen blankets and for the heating being adjusted. The night portier was unable to bring me woollen blankets for double bed and to adjust heating. I passed a VERY cold night. At breakfast, although the restaurant was empty, I had to go myself to the bar to ask for coffee or tea.

Review 2：The hotel is situated in a quiet place, with very nice views in different directions (santuario, sea ...). Angelo at the reception desk, who was the only member of staff who, during my stay, did an excellent job (eg. re-organizing my taxi from the train station as the train was late and hearing my complaints after a cold night).

Review 3：The fridge with mini bar in our room was warm - it didn't bother us as we didn't use it and it was November but it needs fixing. Although the food in the restaurant was great, there was no ambiance. The hotel is built on the hillside overlooking fantastic views which are not visible from inside the building. The restaurant is in the basement - if it was higher up, overlooking the countryside it could be amazing! Such a shame.

Review 4：The hotel boasts a beautiful position on the hillside of the amazing town of Loreto. We walked into the town and visited the beautiful Basilica - not to be missed. Our room overlooked the car park but it was quiet and our bed was very comfortable and the Shower room was excellent. We had a safe and a kettle in the room. The breakfast was good, plenty of choice and superb coffee. We also had a great meal in the evening which we felt was good value.

Review 6：Hotel is well located, just few minutes walk from the city center and major attractions and it takes only 10 minutes by car to reach the seaside. Wonderful view from the spacious room on the Cathedral. Staff very efficient and helpful.

Review 9：We loved our stay at this beautiful spacious property with its elevated views. The terrace rooftop view was special, day or night. We enjoyed our breakfast, and dinner here and would happily return, and recommend. Staff very helpful.

Review 12：Unfortunately, the day we booked the A/C broke. So, we did not have the "cool" experience we were looking for. But, the night was decent and not HOT, so we got a good night sleep with the window open and no bugs.

Review 14：Food for dinner was really bad. Ordered a gin and tonic, and relieved prosseco and gin, as they had run out of tonic. The salami cut for starter was so thick you could not eat it, and the steak served was so undercooked you could not eat it. The pasta and sauce was packet, and they did not offer any side dishes with steak. The waiter team barely spoke to you to check on how things were. When we complained the lady on reception did her best to find a resolution, but was not empowered to make much decision. For a 4 star hotel the service was really bad. The overall hotel is simply stunning clean and tidy. If you stay, eat out, they can not cook food
