Review 1：It doesn't have a front desk in case of a question. Their are only open from 3-8 . Our train was arriving at 8 and I had time communicating with them to let them know about my arrival time . No elevator had to carry luggage 3 floors

Review 10：There is a supermarket in front of the appartment, which is nice in itself, but it gets supplies early in the morning. This makes a lot of noise.

Review 12：Checking in was not possible till 3pm, and you had to go to another building to check-in. Leaving instructions to the reception in the window of the actual address would help greatly help any guests.

Review 14：The elevator is for baggage only. The day we checked out we had to carry our heavy bags down the stairs as the elevator wasn't accessible without a code. The room looked different in the photos online. It's more strange and tacky in person.

Heating shut off around 8pm and did not come on again til 9am, so it was VERY cold at night. We originally wanted (from the looks of the room) to come back in Feb and March, but that will not be happening.

They are located in two buildings so the address we've been looking for, published on booking.com site differed from the real location, however it is very close and visible. But we've Benin little disappointed with the closed doors for about 5 minutes.

Review 91：The location is only about a 10 minute walk from the railway station (or centre of town) and opposite a small supermarket for any convenient bits and pieces (such as water/picnic etc). The room was beautiful, large with plenty of storage space, all the amenities and a good bathroom. Excellent value for money. I didn't try the breakfast as I did my own thing in the morning but the breakfast room looked very good and I'm sure the quality was excellent, like the overall standard of this gem of a B&B.

Review 92：Just the small inconvenience of the number of keys needed to access the room. But, in Italy, it's a small price to pay for the comfort of the security they provided.

Review 93：A charming small B & B, with very comfortable, very clean, accommodation. Conventional continental breakfast is available and we found it to be very acceptable. The B & B is just a few hundred yards from the center of town, and is very secure. The proprietor and staff are always eager to please, and we found them to be most amiable in conversation. Although their English is limited, a computer translation is quickly sought, if needed. Altogether, an experience that we would love to repeat.

Review 94：We were charged 5 euros each to park our bicycles. In 4 years of holidays travelling by bike in Europe we have never been charged before. Charging for parking cars is reasonable, not for bicycles. Also we were charged another 5 Euros for a mediocre breakfast which had mostly stale packaged food. Why call yourself a bed and breakfast when the breakfast is extra? I suggest raising the price accordingly and not charging for any extras.

They were 'parked' in a moldy office building across the street that nothing else was in or going on in. Very strange. Also the keys to the room were old-school and took forever to get them to click just so. Again, after traveling for a month, we are accustomed to a great many styles of hotels, B&B's, apartments etc and the key here was the worst. Would not stay here again.

Review 97：The bathroom was AWESOME! Almost as big as our bedroom. The bathtub was fabulous and it was so relaxing. Based on reviews, we skipped the breakfast and I'm glad we did. There is a grocery store across the street, and a Tabacceri that we got our coffee at. The host that greeted us was very nice too.

The was a lovely robe, but it was damp when I opened it up. It can be a bit difficult to find if you are walking because of the streets that all converge in the same general area.

Old town, beautiful DUOMO, amazing to explore old city walls, towers, followed by a glass or two of ASTI SPUMANTE and a delicious plate of antipasto.
