Review 2：We came only for a short sleep after the flight and we were welcomed by the owner who took us to a very nice room with breakfast inside and came early in he morning to take us back to the bus station

Review 3：Francesca, the owner, has built a business model around travelers arriving or departing Malpense airport. Her B & B is 3 miles, about 10 minutes from the terminals. She offers free shuttle service on demand for her clients. Upon arrival with a rental car, she helped me turn it in and brought me back to the room. The next morning she picked us up and delivered us promptly to the departure terminal. There is a very good restaurant just a 5 minute walk from the room. We had a very good meal, with wine and coffee for less than 20 euros. She recommended the restaurant to us. Our experience with Francesca could not have been better and topped off a wonderful month long Italian vacation.

Review 4：Top accomodation. Free shuttle service both ways. Francesca is a wonderful, lovely person! She took us from the airport at 23:00, drove to the guest house and then to the store so we could buy a beer. A fantastic woman! The room is spacy and very well equipped. I highly recommend!

Review 5：The ambiance of the place and superb service and friendliness of Francesca, the owner. The place Is in a very good and safe neighborhood. You feel relax and at ease. Bedroom is clean and neat. The ground floor of the condominium has a very good coffee shop. . The restaurant beside it also serves very delicious food and pizza. And of course Francesca, the owner is very friendly and accommodating as she herself brought as to the airport - personalized airport shuttle service.

Review 10：When we called a head to find out if there is shuttel at night we were told there is shuttel at night and is free, BUT the day before we arrived we got an email saying it will cost us 20 euro for the night shuttle. The breakfast was very poor. I wouldn't call it breakfast.

Review 11：The room looks new. The owner of the B&B took us from the airport at night and back in the morning.

Review 12：We ordered a big room with 25 square meter, with balcony and garden view, with Refrigerator, and with double bed. Instead, we got a little room with no balcony and garden view, with no Refrigerator, with 2 small beds. We pay for one thing and get another thing. There was no owner to give us the key, only her boy friend who can't do nothing. We need to get back the difference between our payment and the value of the small room that was given to us.

Review 14：It should be more clear that this isn't an actual hotel and you need to call/contact when you arrive at airport to be let by someone who meets you there..it was by shear luck we found at as we arrived from a long journey very late and we would have driven in a cab of hours at our expense trying to find it.

Review 17：The apartment we got was beutiful and very modern and clean, Equipped with all you need and let you feel very comfortable. Francesca the owner is very kind and friendly and really did her at most to give us a great time. She came specially to bring our children a puzzle to play with.

Review 20：My girlfriend and I spent only two nights in Le Betulle, at the beginning and at the end of a road trip in North Italy and we chose it for its great position so close to Malpensa Airport. It was perfect. Francesca is just the most lovely host. She has been friendly and understanding and incredibly kind.

Review 24：Used this hotel as a stop over before heading to Lake Como and our experience was very pleasant, we arrived late and we were picked up and dropped off the next day by a lady owner? Who was very helpful.

Review 25：Wifi didn't work. Air condition caused power cut, which was fixed quickly. Middle of nowhere (but near the airport). We left early (4 am) so no breakfast, owner gave us snacks to go, but they were not edible :(

Review 31：I wasn't informed that we had to call the proprietor when we arrived at the address for the B&B. We arrived by taxi and waited 45 minutes with no one responding to the door until we tried calling the number on the mailbox. Then the proprietor arrived within 5 minutes and took us to the rooms where we would be staying. We had an early flight and were worried no one would show up to take us to the airport, but the proprietor showed up at 6 am as promised and drove us to the airport.

Review 32：The woman who showed up to take us to the rooms where we would be staying was quite nice, but this was not a traditional B&B, but rather several apartments within several blocks where guests are housed.

Review 33：Too basic for the price, this is a backpacker room for a very expensive price. We were given a room in a building about 5 min away from the booking address. Room was very small for four beds.

Review 45：Location very near to airport Every need is attended to. We had late arrival and needed to bring hired car back to airport. Franzeska guided us where to go. . After she guided us to a very good italian restaurant. (Thx) In the morning we needed to be very early (6h30) in airort. Our shuttle was ready ! (And before time for breakfast also) Super quiet location ans super service. Any time again when we go Milan !

Review 46：The self service breakfast was good from a liquid (coffee/tea, juice, real milk) perspective, but the selection of baked goods was limited to packaged rolls and biscuits. These can be supplemented with fresher items from the Carrefour Express near by.

Review 47：I had a room in the "annex," away from the main B&B, where there are two spacious studios. The room was large, and well appointed, with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, very comfortable bed, and spacious bathroom. Hand drawn maps of the area, indicating markets, restaurant options and general direction of the airport, were thoughtfully provided. Transport to and from the airport was provided by the busy, helpful owner of the B&B, who also collected and transported me for dinner. Great service!

Review 48：When I booked this room, the description said free shuttle to/from the airport, however, the driver of the shuttle wanted 10 euro.
