Review 1：The fact we couldnt use one of the lounge chairs due to deterioration and only got replaced the day we left! Family of 6 had to squeeze on 2 available lounges! Was only informed after we checked in. Not good enough.
Review 2：The faux leather couch was ripped/torn in places so much so that it was uncomfortable to sit on. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and really affected the quality of my sleep, the first night I tossed & turned all night. I slept better on the second night because I was so exhausted from the first night. Was required to empty the kitchen bin on check out, I have never encountered this before. This is one of the functions of house keeping & the daily rate was not cheap so I was surprised to have to do this.
Review 3：Delighted to have a sauna and used it. The furniture is modern & a nice colour scheme was used.

Review 6：Most of us find the beds too soft and not comfortable. Only one shower to share between three bed rooms in the 4 beds apartment is not enough. Supposed to have nice view but all glass windows and sliding doors are not clean.

Review 12：The manager said he would have to hold our bond for 5days ! Has claimed our bond without permission or discussion. The manager has made allegations of damage to the property (small burn mark from straitening iron) and claimed the full amount of $500 to re carpet the whole room. I have a Batchelor in property and have worked in the industry for 10 years ! I would never treat my own property or another property in such a way. Attempts to discuss the matter and for the manager to provide proof has been unsuccessful. We will seek instructions from the office of fair trading !

Review 21：A couple of the ladies were not happy with the comfort of their beds. However one lady had a bad back to begin with. The other was given a trundle bed which was clearly not suitable for an adult. Next time we would make sure we had enough proper beds for each person.

Review 23：This place is amazing, would recommend it to anyone who wants a chilled for the weekend or the week. Close to shops but still nice enough to feel like your away from everyone. Very quite.
Review 24：A/c only in the living room. Beds are cheap not 4star. Very strong cooking smells from a neighbouring unit. No blackout curtains in the bedroom. Security lights from adjoins property shine into the bedroom around vertical blinds and white gloss window frames.

Review 26：The king single beds awful. Both showers leaked water on the floor. A white lounge not practible for a rental and not comfy. Needed 2 tv's one in the bedroom and Foxtel..it needed toe serviced everyday. And the conditions of staying we go away to enjoy ourselves the $50.00 fine for not emptying the garbage and the $500 bond if anything happened to the unit.we had a 85 year old woman an intellectual disabled woman and a 58 year old carer. Retuning furniture to the right position.
Review 27：The roomy apartment cleanliness and it was quiet. Loved the kitchen. Car parking and the lift.
Review 28：The fan in the ensuite bathroom was very loud when the light was turned on (it was even activated via the light switch in the other bathroom) and even when the light was turned off it took a good 15min for the fan to turn off - needless to say we all went to the toilet in the dark throughout the night... (We were offered other units with no view) There were no plastic cups etc. to cater for children, no tea towels or dishwasher liquid (had to buy), cooking pans were well worn and we didnt trust them to cook with, very small kitchen, quite an older style unit, a lot of the skirting boards were rotting off the walls, only one heating unit for entire unit so we were quite cold at night in the bedrooms, the ensuite shower leaked profusely - couldn't use the bathroom after a shower as we would have had to stand in a puddle of cold water, Allocated car space too narrow.

Review 47：Most everything about the apartment was exceptional, from the bedrooms to the living area which was extremely spacious with a reasonably great view of the ocean and a well equipped kitchen, topped off with a balcony to boot for great outdoor conversation or a game of cards or whatever takes your fancy. Finally within a stone throw, as they say of the ocean, eateries, shops, cinema, markets, lakes, just about everything.

Review 56：What ruined the stay for me was the whitish stain i noticed while upon arrival on the queen bed quilt! From then on i couldnt sleep properly for my 3 nights there! Althought noone including the kids got any rash but the quilt stain really turned me off! In hindsight i shouldve mentioned it to the management but i just kept quiet like everyone else.

The air conditioning in the lounge held up in the 40+C degrees - large balcony, comfy beds, nice linens on beds, well appointed kitchen and laundry with washing machine and dryer. Large bathrooms were clean and there was plenty of seating in the very large living area. Huge TV and modern décor. Walk to restaurants and clubs and the beach is only one block away.
Review 60：Only thing I didn't like was the musty smell in the main bedroom which was obviously from water damage to carpet which I could see. I got used to it but do think that carpet needs replacing in that bedroom at least. Every time we went out and came back in it was very smelly. Nothing that cannot be fixed by carpeting just that room.
Review 61：Everything about it except the opposite statement. This apartment was everything you could ask for and more. I would like to buy it and live there and I think anyone staying there would feel the same. Very classy.
Review 62：1. There is no air-conditioning in both bedrooms. The air was so humid outside, we could not sleep for both nights. Terrible! Worst than a 2 stars hotel. 2. The kitchen is spacious and have everything but the clothes are with bad smell even I wash them twice with detergent.

Review 64：It felt a bit like the emphasis was on making money rather than balancing that with giving customers a pleasant experience. The spa wasn't working and when it was, it wasn't heated. The TV channels weren't working (though it they fixed it for us) and there was a dangerous looking rusty extractor on the balcony.
Review 65：Location was good. The view was good. There was a coffee machine. It was fairly spacious. Two bathrooms so could be good value for a family.
Review 66：Our unit was not small child friendly, no plastic cups/bowls etc..so was very paranoid of breaking things - had to go out and buy stuff. Clearly owners hadnt stayed there as they would have adjusted some bits eg as simple as having oven mits!!

Review 69：We have 2 children (5 and under) , so to be able to be close enough to everything for the kids to walk to was excellent. Great location. The apartment itself was a great size for the four of us.
Review 70：no barbeques near the pool there is a great big area were bbq's would be ideal even if you had to put money into them to make them run, that was the only real bad point, also the underground parking is very tight to get into even for small cars, the elevators can be a bit slow sometimes but im being really picky there I guess, not much bad things to say about this resort really.
Review 71：our apartment 15 was amazing the view was good the resort pool was great the location was good close to bowls club with all you can eat menu upstairs great value also shopping center with woollworths only one minute walk away and I highly recommend the flavoured sausages from the little butchers in there as well and the inlet and beach with rock pools only a few minutes walking distance away and you have to ride the historical carousel in town it is a must see and I hope it stays there much longer as well it's the jewel in the crown I think, also the staff were great the whole package is very much worth it and we would love to go back, would highly recommend to others as long as this litte gem of a gold mine stays the same price that is ?

Despite the reverse cycle aircond in the Living and the heaters provided in the bedrooms (2 out of 3 bedrooms though). the heating was quite poor and noisy.
